Het is een klassiek ‘zomerhuisje’ zoals we deze typische woningen in Noordwijk noemen, achter ons eigen huis met eigen ingang en fijne privé patio. Slechts 500 meter van het strand en 5 minuten lopen naar de gezellige winkelstraat is het Birdhouse een perfecte locatie om te genieten van Noordwijk aan Zee. Met zijn prachtige omgeving, dichtbij de beroemde bloemenvelden en duinen om te wandelen en fietsen

Everything is available here for a relaxing and comfortable stay, such as a luxury kitchen, floor heating, garden, 100% privacy, free parking on private property, WiFi, Smart TV, washer-dryer combination, trampoline, children's playground and 2 old bicycles. The perfect place for your vacation on the coast.

Our summer house

From this ideally located accommodation, you can do all kinds of activities. A nice day at the beach or a walk through the dunes. But shopping in the center of Katwijk is also an option. Both the beach, the dunes and the city center are all within walking distance of our summer house. Parking is available briefly at our summer house to load and unload luggage. In the area there are still options for free parking, and there are also paid parking garages within walking distance.

Het huisje is stijlvol en warm ingericht met open haard en heeft openslaande deuren naar verschillende terrassen die horen bij onze grote tuin, waar u gebruik van mag maken. De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Close to the city center and exit roads. On a hot day, take a refreshing dip in the canal, or hop into the canoes that are ready for you.

Accommodation by the Sea

Our dream of building a vacation home on our own property came true in the spring of 2021. Together with our three daughters, Noa, Bo and Sam, we live in the so-called beloved “Vogeltjesbuurt” in Katwijk aan Zee. Close to the beach and dunes, a fantastic place has been created here. The cottage was designed by ourselves and built with love by a handy uncle, father and friends. Finally, we can proudly share our vacation home for guests to enjoy.

Charming lodge in rural area, 5 km to Amsterdam

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides. It is next to the owners house, but offers a lot of privacy. The cottage has a nice terrace that overflows into the garden.

This unique accommodation has its own style. This three-room ground floor apartment is located in a great location behind the Boulevard and within walking distance of the beach, dunes and the cozy center of Katwijk aan Zee. Apartment suitable for parents with 3 kids. And suitable for max 4 adults. Our preference goes to families with kids and or couples. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
