Linric Fold - 2 Br cottage

Fully self contained 2 bdrm cottage on a lifestyle farm. (Tariff is for 2 people). We have a small herd of cattle, including 3 Scottish Highlands. The bulk of the land is in native bush, with bush walks. 1 km from the Pou Herenga Tai cycle way, & about 30 mins drive from both Kaikohe & Kerikeri. With a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, dining room/lounge - it is comfortable, warm and homely. Limited Wifi and Freeview TV available. Away from the hustle bustle, enjoy this quiet serene spot. The property is well off the highway and the neighbouring orchards screen us from traffic noise. The cottage is nestled between small avocado and mixed fruit orchards, with a view out to the small pond and post’n’rail fenced paddocks beyond. Last minute bookings are usually no problem - we respond quickly. Relax with the family (with up to 3 children) in this organic permaculture lifestyle block with animals that love being fed.

The Gables - Stunning Waterfront Apartment

The Gables Waterfront Apartment is housed in a lovingly restored historic building on the Russell foreshore with 'Reach out and touch the water' views of the bay. The apartment has its own private courtyard entrance. The living, dining and kitchen areas open through french doors onto the balcony terrace, the perfect place for morning coffee or an aperitif before dinner. Swim right outside on the waterfront beach or take your pick of any of the peninsula's other stunning beaches.

The Yurt Wai Rua

The Yurt at Wai Rua, west of Whangarei, is approximately 20 minutes drive from Kamo via Pipiwai Road. It is set in a beautiful tranquil farmland area beside a small lake, which is surrounded by native trees. Watch the native birds, ducks and pukekos whilst sitting on the deck. It has amazing rural views, including massive volcanic rocks. The yurt has a separate kitchen, with a small fridge and gas oven and 2hob burners. The bathroom has a hot water shower and composting toilet.

Kiwi calls and sunrises by the Kerikeri inlet.

Get ready for family fun in this peaceful 3 bedroom home. Overlooking the Rangitane reserve, watch from the deck as the kids play tennis or swing at the playground. Only 200m to the boat ramp to access the beautiful Bay of Islands. 15 minutes to supplies in Kerikeri or Waipapa. 8 minutes to Doves Bay marina. Little ones can swim at high tide at the reserve. Kayak around the inlet and catch a snapper, or wander the nearby bushtracks. Listen out for the local kiwi at night.

Ideal for a weekend escape to the country or as the midway point to visit Cape Reinga and magnificent Tane Mahuta. We are 6kms from Kohukohu Village (gravel road) and 11kms from the Hokianga Ferry.
