Cape Villa is a stunning, sunlit contemporary house right by the sea. It is perfectly placed to enjoy a relaxed vacation just by the sea, or to combine it with sightseeing around Athens. The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

The villa is in the area of Akrotiri- Otzia, 7 minutes by car from the port of Kea. The villa has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool offering an amazing sea view. This property is ideal for a family of 7 or a group of friends. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house and a guest house that sleeps 3 people. There is a large shaded area with a dining table for 10 people and seating for 5 people, or you can relax in the sun on the sunbeds whilst sipping a glass of wine.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.
