Holiday rentals with beach access in Kefalos

Minas collected my sister from the airport as she was alone and nervous travelling for the first time alone. Very responsive and helpful the duration of her stay Great location and not far from the airport which is perfect

Very nice appartment with a great view. The hosts were kind their hospitality was great. They even run a restaurant downstairs, were you can eat the most delicious greek food. We already miss them at the airport.

Clean and modern apartment in centre of town with full kitchen with modern appliances. Lovely friendly staff. Close to many restaurants and bars but quiet all the same. great base for exploring Island of Kos. Nice beaches within a short stroll.

The hosts in this Airbnb were very nice and helpful. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The place is nice and looks like in the photos and it’s very well located if you want to stay in Kalimnos town. We enjoyed that we could walk right out of the Airbnb and have a nice meal. It is also very close to the ferry port.

A pleasure to deal with. Eager to help including fitting a mattress topper as we found bed fairly firm ( personal taste!) Allowed us to stay on until we left for our late flight. A gentleman who always responded very quickly. Highly recommend.

This was by far the most luxurious and modern Airbnb we have experienced. Maria was gracious, friendly, and attentive. The unit was exceptionally clean and well kept. A few maintenance items were noted. The beds were firm but comfy. The private spa was a wonderful bonus. Our family members stayed nearby in hotels but were envious of our choice. Whoever designed it thought of everything. I will dream about our stay for years to come.

Very nice and beautiful accommodation, small but very nice with wonderful and soothing views of the sea, the boats and Kalymnos. Sun on the balcony from morning until about 4:30 pm now in October. Change of towels often. Breakfast with bread, butter, yoghurt, marmalade, cheese, ham, juice and banana was in the fridge every day. Very kind and friendly hosts. We would love to return, both to nice Aphrodite and to little Telendos with its cozy restaurants.

Apartment is superb. Manos was waiting for us and was very helpful. Even before that, the contact was very nice and warm. The apartment is beautifully located by the sea, was sparkling clean, modern and is equipped with everything. There are even private loungers on the beach, which is right next to the apartment. The sunrise from the terrace is beautiful. We got great tips, Manos made a reservation for us at the restaurant and even ordered the taxi for the departure. We can recommend the apartment to everyone and will be happy to come back.

We highly recommend Sylvia’s Studios, especially if you have rented a scooter or car. Fantastic view. Super comfortable mattresses (a luxury in Masouri). Great host 😃

We stayed in the house for a base to explore Kos. It is really well equipped house with everything down to the coffee pods and the shampoo. It’s spacious and light and in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s shops locally and you can walk into the town centre easily. A baker, supermarket and restaurant are all located within 5 minutes walk. I would stay here again if we return to Kos in the future

Wonderful house, with an incredible large terrace and with a beautiful interior. Two very comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. The private sun deck down by the sea is very beautiful too. We felt really at home at Casa Azul.

We had a great time being hosted by Yamaç. The place was spotless and location was great. Yamaç was also very accommodating upon arrival with our flight arriving late, but still be able to collect the keys very efficiently. We would stay again 100%!

We stayed at Spitaki House for a week. The house was perfect in every way. It was very nicely decorated. It has everything you need. The garden of the house was also very enjoyable. It was also very good for us because it was right next to the beach. The owners of the house were very helpful and answered all our questions. Thank you also for the gifts. If I ever come to Kos again, I would definitely want to stay here again.

I had a great stay! Omran and Yaman were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit — always available when I needed anything. The villa was spotless, and the view was beautiful. I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. Highly recommended!

This is the second time our family has stayed at Eleonora’s place. We love the location, which is in the central part of Massouri with easy access to the shops and restaurants but elevated enough from the main street that it is quiet and peaceful. The layout of the home is nice, with plenty of room in the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. The beds are firm, which is pretty standard in Kalymnos. The outside veranda is spacious, wonderful to drink your coffee and eat meals. The views of the sea are lovely. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic stay at Maja's place. It is a beautiful house in a wonderful location, literally steps from the beach. Maja was really welcoming and helpful, including connecting us with a great local climbing guide.

We had a great time in Avignon! Our host was very responsive and we were treated to small arrival gifts. The apartment was clean and very functional. There is even a parking lot right next door if you rent a car. 10/15 minutes' walk from the old town of Kos, which allows you to go to the restaurant and bars on foot. I highly recommend it! Thanks again for the welcome.

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Thanks to her proactive approach, quick responses, and overall helpfulness, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She truly made our holiday even more enjoyable. We loved our stay in Kos! It was really clean, and the location was perfect super close to the beach and 20 minutes walk to the centre of Kos town. Ioannis was so helpful and always responded really quickly. As a group of girls we all felt really safe in the area! They also have a cute cat which is very friendly!

We had the most fantastic time here! Every detail was so thoughtful, from local snacks to beach towels. We would 100% stay here again, the location is fantastic, the view is stunning, and we felt truly looked after! Thank you for a brilliant stay!

We stayed at Koralli studios for 2 weeks. It was everything we hoped it could be. Nikki was very helpful with everything from booking us a cab from the airport, to offering to help with the ferry schedule. The studio is simple and had eeverything we needed. It's steps away from one of the main beaches and very close to great rrestaurants. The studio was professionally cleaned 3 days a week. We were so thankful to stay at Nikki's place. She was a great host!

We've just had an amazing stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, about 10m from the sea, the sound of which lulls you to sleep at night. The internal photos don't do it justice. It's very spacious and the decor is lovely. There is everything you need for your stay, including a sweet welcome pack from Sofia plus water and juice in the fridge. Sofias mother, Maria lives downstairs and stopped us most days with small presents of home made cookies, fresh apricots. The outstanding thing about this gem of a place is the proximity to the sea and the fabulous views. If we ever re-visit Kardamena, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.
