Aegean Studios 3

Aegean Studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos, at Kamari. They run by a local family. Each studio has three open plan levels with the kitchen and toilet/shower room at the bottom, sitting area at the middle and bedroom at the top level. A balcony with a big garden table and chairs. They are surrounded by vine trees, fruit trees and a vegetable garden. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and only 5 min walk from the sea, shops and restaurants.

The property is located between two beaches in close proximity. It consists of three independent apartments of different sizes and names. "Infinite"-"Spiral"-"Meander". It has an unobstructed view due to its location. It has been carefully designed with great attention to detail and ergonomics. Despite being in a quiet location, the property is conveniently located. about five hundred meters away from the bus stop, mini market, and beautiful taverns.

We are located near the most known tourist area in Kalymnos, Masouri. The distance between the studios, Massouri central Square and the beach is only 200 m. Each studio is equipped with electric cooker, cutlery, a fridge, a toilet, large verandahs and a panoramic view of the island of Telendos. There is also a water-tank that supplies all studios with fresh rainwater, hot throughout the day.

Located in Massouri Armeos direct under Grande Grotta. Just renovated, colourful painted and with nice details. Every studio has an own balcony to the seaside. Additionally we've a big terrace to the mountainside with a big common table and barbecue. Fast Wifi and a working place making homeoffice/woking remote easy.

Alexi's studios are located in the beautiful village of Kefalos and run by a local family. Their location is unique with stunning views overlooking the Kamari bay. Each apartment has 3 levels including kitchen, toilet/shower room and a big balcony.
