Apartment holiday rentals in Kefar Sava

What a place!!!! What a view! The location, the atmosphere, the view, the hosts, the apartment itself. Everything was wow! Beautiful apartment with minimal but practical and fully functional furniture and amenities. Kitchen came stocked with dishes and other homeware that was useful - microwave, stove and oven, dishwasher and countertop water cooler/heater. The apartment was really clean and spacious for us (2 adults/3 kids 11,8,3). Super central and walkable to basically everywhere - 25 min from the shuk. Perfect beach location. Bonus for private parking! Shalev and Oren were both so responsive, helpful and accommodating. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful modern home with everything you need. Very clean and nicely designed. The owners were super helpful with everything. We stayed just as the Iran war started, and their shelter in the bedroom is very safe and strong!!

My first time in this very cute, high-spec new build in Florentine. The EZ operation is smooth and reliable. The apartments are very comfortable, well equipped, and on a quiet street (a big plus in TLV). The balcony is a lovely treat, and your sleep in the safe room will be undisturbed. Highly recommend 🙏

דירת סטודיו מצוינת. מיטה זוגית, ארון בגדים גדול, מטבחון נחמד ומאובזר (הכי חשוב- עם מכונת קפה וקפסולות), חדר אמבטיה מרווח (שמשמש גם בממד), שולחן עבודה וכורסא. החלק הכי נחמד הוא דווקא מחוץ לחדר, פינת ישיבה מוצלת ונעימה שנהננו ממנה מאד. והכי חשוב- יש חנייה צמודה, שזו היתה הסיבה העיקרית מדוע בחרנו במקום. מומלץ ביותר!

This is by far the best apartment I stayed in TLV in the past 15 years. Great location, nice building and modern apartment. Has mamad (one of the bedrooms with a comfortable bed). All amenities are modern and nice. Nice small touches like beach towels and liquids for the washing machine. The hosts were frequently in touch checking if I needed anything and if everything was ok (I was staying during the missiles). Would love to stay again!

Olivia was very responsive and helpful. I came to town for a conference and staying by her made it easy. The apartment is centrally located and still quiet. I was happy with the water pressure and there was so much hot water for a good shower after a long day. The unit is spacious. I will stay by her again!

Eitamar is the best host I had on Airbnb ever. He was super responsive, helped us with a few force majeure situations and the place itself was spotless, perfectly comfortable and extremely well-priced. The place looks 100% like in the photos, host sends you very clear instructions and most important - Eitamar is trustworthy and there are no hidden fees or other “surprises”. I would recommend this place for tourists, couples or small groups of friends. Totally better value and overall quality of stay than the hotels in the area.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Tel Aviv! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach, great cafes, and everything you need. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay. It felt like a perfect home base for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting TLV!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment which is exactly as shown in the pictures. The views from the terrace and balcony were incredible. Hosts were really responsive and provided very clear instructions. We are very much looking forward to staying in this apartment again.

Excellent location, clean and quiet. We had all we needed to feel at home. There is a SPA and swimming pool in the building, we were so busy so unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and we would like to come back.

This was a perfect location to the beach and great restaurants. The outdoor space surpassed our expectations and we could reach out to our host for a quick response. We will definitely be back!

Tra tutti questo è stato il migliore Air BnB di sempre. Omer è un host gentilissimo, disponibile e risponde velocemente ai messaggi. L’appartamento era pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario, vicinissimo a tutti i servizi e in un’area di Tel Aviv piena di vita. Grazie mille Omer!

Besides the beautiful and unusual modern design of the flat and great location, Elena is a generous, kind, and thoughtful host. She provided great pots, pans, and utensils to prepare meals. The refrigerator, the lighting, products for bathing...everything is good quality and there for you unlike so many other places. Every day I felt the touch of a host that responds to all questions quickly and wants you to have a great stay in her great city. Viva Tel Aviva!

The apartment is huge – each of us had our own bathroom and shower, and there was a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The facilities in the complex are really nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool, though the outdoor pool was a bit cold, and we also took a lovely walk along the promenade. Lionel is an amazing host – caring, thoughtful, and responsive to every question or request we had. He truly went above and beyond our expectations! Would you like a shorter version or something more casual?
