Built in 2019, the house with all amenities is located in a valued summer area, in the middle of a pine forest. 1 km away from Roosta holiday village, where there is a restaurant, adventure park, outdoor bar, parking lot, public sandy beach. The house has a spacious and bright kitchen-living room, 2 separate bedrooms, a sauna front room, a shower room, a steam room and a toilet. In addition, on the second floor there is a room with a balcony with a separate entrance. Use of the hot tub for an additional fee (with prior notice, price and conditions by agreement).

The loft-type house (36 m2), with an authentic straw roof, is located in the immediate vicinity of the evergreen Muraste Nature Reserve and only a 10-minute walk from the sea.
