Monthly Rentals in Kempty Waterfall

First of all, Umeshji were super helpful in guiding us throughout the way to the apartment. I was bit worried as we reached there at night and I had my mother, sister and nephew with me. But thanks to Umeshji, we found the place easily and checkin was smooth. The apartment was really good and we felt like we’re at our home. Clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. And have shops nearby yet away from the noise that we have around mall road. It’s also near to some of the tourist spots like George Everest, company garden. We just walked to the company garden and the Dalai hills and mall road as well.

We went Mussoorie in the first week of June in 2025. I selected Sanjiv's place because we needed a secluded, quite and tranquil place. The people and the place both were welcoming. This place has an old colonial charm as well as it is well rooted in the typical Uttarakhand traditional atmosphere. The place was clean, well maintained. I think Sanjiv's father manages day to day operations as I have met him more frequently. There are 7 beautiful and loved rescued dogs. The place has its own wibes. we loved it. A few things you should keep in mind if you are going to book it. 1) It is 3 km away from the mall road and in mussoorie 3 km feels like 6. So, if you wish to visit the mall frequently this isn't the place for you. 2) If you wish to be in yourself and explore Mussoorie at your own pace, and if you wish to really feel the real charm of the town, this is the place for you. 3) No refrigerator in the room so don't bring mangoes as you will have to throw them away. 😀

Recommended place for someone who is looking for a peaceful and calm environment away from tht city hustle.

Great things Sanyukta and her staff was extremely helpful and proactive. She helped us with all sorts of local recommendations and requirements. Sunshine in the flat, the view from all three balconies - surreal experience Peaceful neighbourhood Well equipped kitchen Overall feel of the home Multiple treks and attractions nearby Spacious and clean bathrooms Average things Internet. If you are looking at working from here, you can face certain challenge. Though the host was gracious enough to help us with a dongle in addition to the WiFi - the speed was an issue. Not suitable for someone seeking extensive connectivity. It’s manageable. This location is 2.5kms from Kempty town - you need a vehicle every time if you are not very fond of walking. It’s amazing for people looking for a peaceful location away from the main city. Cabs are a bit expensive here. Overall, amazing and satisfactory stay. Really enjoyed our 5 days.
