Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

Each site has a beautiful view of the lake to watch the wildlife such as the occasional ducks, beavers, and land otters. Chugach National Forest is aTemporate Rainforest. And, although we do have many sunny days, be prepared for rain. Campsite #8 is large enough for one, 6 person tent or two, 5 person tents.
