Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Kenai Lake

Anglea’s place worked super well for our party of 5! More than enough sleeping space and anything we needed in the kitchen. The space is not walkable to downtown, but is a short drive. Check in was easy and we had a pleasant t stay. We didn’t spend a ton of time at the house, but the time we did was great. Our son enjoyed the kids room and we made sure to take advantage of the free laundry.

Beautiful house close to fishing with stunning views. Only thing that would have topped this is if we would have gotten some northern lights. Lots of space, and amenities, bbq, tons of spices (which was great since we had none), very comfortable stay that felt like home. Hated leaving.

Heather communicated well from beginning. She sent guide book about place well in advance. Her place was well maintained and very warm and inviting. Our family had a great time at Heather’s place! Would go back definitely

Wonderful being able to bring the pets and have a weekend away. Lots of thoughtful features and amenities. Close to the grocery store. Did a quick jog in the morning to do some birding. Location is a nice walk down to the harbor.

I recently stayed at Shawn’s Airbnb and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Shawn was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The place itself was immaculate and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Shawn’s local tips were spot-on and greatly enhanced my visit. I highly recommend Shawn’s place for anyone looking for a top-notch stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. Fishing close by was what we came for and that's what we got. The house was super comfortable to stay in. While we didn't see any moose we saw signs of them in the yard. Fun!

This was my 1st time visiting Hope, 5th time in Alaska since 2020. I loved this space! Bear Creek was enchanting and whimsical to me. I enjoyed the quiet town. The walk to the bathroom did not bother me even though this cabin is the farthest away. We made our meals in the cabin so didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant but will definitely be back. If you have any heat going, the loft gets far too hot so it was nice to have a bed and an extra pullout on the main floor. This is the kind of Alaska that I like to experience.

Dimitri's lodge is a great value for a group of 4 or 6. -there are two bedrooms and an air mattress. Beautiful surroundings and halfway between Anchorage and Girdwood. Great kitchen for cooking up the catch up the day or whatever the group needs before heading out on the trail. Super comfortable and clean, I highly recommend this place.

THIS IS A FISHING CAMP No frills. Bed and hot shower. We slept there and went fishing. Least expensive in the area, centrally located came in handy when the Russian River didn’t produce, we found a nearby run of salmon. Adventure camp, rustic, primitive, but gorgeous. Pattie has 60 years of knowledge if you need help finding fish. Great father son bonding place.

I love staying at the Birch Tree Cabins! Andy is always very helpful and responsive. This was our second stay at Birch Tree Cabins. The first time we stayed in the Moose Cabin and this year we tried the Wolf Den. Both cabins are wonderful and equipped with everything we needed: range, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water for those much needed hot showers after a rainy day! Thank you Andy for another great stay!

Very clean. Perfect for our quick overnight stop. They also had free music under their pavilion from anchorage orchestra that was such an amazing surprise !

The view from the deck was stunning! It was great being right on the water. The location was peaceful, with a wonderful coffee shop/cafe within walking distance (Miller's Landing). Easy communication with the owners. I highly recommend!

Super cute and homey vibe. Walking distance to town and to the brewery down the way. Host was available to answer questions and was very friendly. Highly recommend this beautiful spot!

Almost done want to share this slice of heaven with everyone else. lol this beautiful hand built cabin has all the touches you could ever want with stunning views and lake access would love to come back. Roland is super kind and knowledgeable about the area as well

This was just perfect! I could not have picked a better stay in Seward. Friendly hosts and the view is even better in person. Binoculars are recommended if you want to spot the wildlife. My favorite was the family of otters. The small kitchenette was just what we needed to cook for our group of 3. Thank you for a great experience!

Loved the house and the location! Nicely wooded area, just as we like it, yet very close to fishing and hiking trails. and not too far from Anchorage. 👍🏻 House was lovely. Had everything we needed. And the host was so responsive and communicative. We would definitely rent from him again!!

This was our third visit to the cabins. It’s such a unique and wonderful place. We left refreshed and rejuvenated. We will be back for sure!

Great space for a small family wedding. We were able to set up 4 6-foot tables and seat 22 people. Definitely recommend this rental for small weddings.

I can see where some folks say that there could be some updates and that it’s a little dated but honestly for the price and location this could not be beat. The hot tub was lovely, although the picture should be changed because it is a different hot tub than the photos but it was a lovely soak nonetheless. We would happily stay here again, perfect for our multi generational family with kids, but I would recommend that they get a baby gate for the stairs.
