Debra’s home was fantastic. It look exactly like on the advertisement. The house felt like family it was very cozy, and it had everything a weary traveler could ever dream of. I felt right at home. I loved the huge windows in the living room. The house was easy to get to, and was in a safe and beautiful location. I didn’t even feel the need to lock doors. The few personal touches made this stay very enjoyable. For example the Keurig machine was stocked with coffee, the spice rack had all the basic spices and even olive oil. I absolutely loved being able to go in a jacuzzi after a hard day of skiing. There is also a sauna in the master bedroom shower, but we didn’t get to try it out. The host was very responsive and was able to help me resolve any small issues I had immediately. I highly recommend this place, and I would definitely stay here again.

Booked property for our traveling Board members for our Board Meeting in August and they loved it! They had nothing but positive things to say and loved the location! We will definitely be booking this property again! Thank you, John, we love your rental!

I found Taylor to be communicative and responsive to questions and requests. The property is clean, quiet, and well managed. Very highly recommended.

Stayed for a week in late May, would highly recommend this airbnb. Jamie is a great host, quick to respond and very proactive. Girdwood is nicely located to enable trips to Seward, Whittier, Moose Pass and Anchorage. The bnb had plenty of room for 7 adults and was comfortable.

This was my first time at John’s place and it was great! It was as expected from pics and description, including the wildlife. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. John was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Willing to help if I needed anything. I slept on the king bed and found it very comfy. I traveled with two of my dogs and John was very accommodating by providing covers for furniture, toys, bowls, and even a leash if you forget. I would totally stay here again and plan to!

I had such a wonderful stay at this cozy little cabin. I loved the personal touches that made it feel like a well lived and home. You could feel the love that has been put into this project. The bed was so comfortable and I especially appreciated the linen sheets and down pillows. you can hear the running creek outside the front door. It was a perfect sanctuary and I have already rebooked!

This was the perfect place for our large group! Easy check in, comfy beds, clean house, fully stocked kitchen. Host was always promptly responsive to our needs. Perfect location, walking distance to girdwood brewing, the bake shop, Jack sprat, and the Sitz! Thank you!

We stayed at Julie’s place in Girdwood for 4 nights and it was the best decision we made on our trip to AK. The house was very tidy and fit our large family well. Julie was responsive and friendly and made us feel right at home! The home is very close to many beautiful walking paths and great food (Girdwood Brewing and Jack Sprat were our favorites). Also the views from the patio and hot tub are unmatched!

We really enjoyed our stay at Makiko’s place. The creek running under the house created a peaceful atmosphere.

This is a wonderful location with great hosts and wonderful views. The hosts, Dan and Kim, were very responsive to our questions. The directions sent with other information were very helpful. Lots of great places to eat. The tram to the roundhouse was awesome and local gold mine where we panned for some gold. The house is beautiful and as described. Loved our stay. Will definitely book again if I get back to Alaska in the future.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of space. Very rustic and beautiful surroundings. Deborah was extremely responsive to my questions. The kitchen wasn't as modern, but it fit in with the rest of the house. Everything was functioning correctly. The laundry room was a super blessing to have access to! The only caveat to all this beauty was the location. You need to add about 35 minutes to anywhere you want to go in Anchorage because it's in a very remote location, and the road to get there is full of potholes. But the views are breathtaking! Totally recommend for the outdoor enthusiast and for anyone looking to seriously get away from it all!

A great place to stay and discover Anchorage. We loved the wood stove that is creating a very warm atmosphere. Jason is an exceptional host, extremely responsive!

Absolutely gorgeous lodge and amazing set up with the cabins around the main area. Clearly a lot of love and thought was put into this establishment and it gave my group the best Alaskan feel and experience we could ask for. David was super responsive and friendly and made the whole weekend work seamlessly. 100 percent recommend and will be coming back, thank you David!

We loved our stay here - lots of sleeping space and bathrooms for our group of 6. It's a beautiful little area away from the main road. Also was in close enough proximity for our visit to Seward.

We had a lovely stay in Girdwood (what a cute place!), the apartment was very conveniently located for skiing and had everything we needed for a wonderful and very comfortable skiiing holiday. We absolutely hope to return and would stay here again :)

Alex did a great job communicating with us prior to our arrival. When we arrived, he took a lot of time showing us around the cabin and the grounds. Very friendly.

Meegan’s place was great, my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Meegan was very friendly and helpful. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Seward was a short drive away.

Stayed in Caribou Cabin for two nights - it’s lovely. Very comfy bed and well appointed kitchen. Beautiful surroundings! Our first morning we saw a gray wolf! Took a day trip to Homer - incredible - and returned to our little cabin for a good nights rest. Cooper Landing is a cute town!

I spent 2 weeks in this great little cabin and the owners made the stay very pleasant, despite an unexpected blizzard! They worked hard to make sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed, and were extremely communicative and accommodating. What a great spot to relax and unwind, close enough to Homer but a perfect tucked away home away from home. I enjoyed seeing moose and a procupine right outside the cabin regularly. Highly recommend!
