Townhome holiday rentals in Kenai Peninsula Borough

The home was just as we expected and perfect for 4 adults (or more). It’s not new or fancy, but we weren’t looking for that. It was comfortable and roomy. The big pluses include spices and condiments in the kitchen, reusable grocery bags, location and pleasant neighborhood, everything you need to do laundry, plenty of extra towels, pillows and paper products, coffee pods, and a garage we could park in or play darts. Brad was very helpful, providing information and always quick to respond. Was nice to be close to a park and natural area too.

There was trouble getting into the house upon arrival. The alarm was suppose to be on and the door left unlocked but there was miscommunication within Michelle's family and the door was locked. We waited awhile to get in. Michelle made up for it and she was very apologetic.

Great location. Close to the airport and food spots in town. Place was clean and tidy. Bed was so comfortable. Host communicated things well. Easy check-in! Happy stay again!

Diane and Jonathon were the best hosts! They made me feel at home and were incredibly generous in sharing their home and providing fantastic recommendations for places to explore in Anchorage and around Alaska. The space was comfortable and the WiFi was fast for remote work. Thank you for a wonderful stay and extending my stay through the weekend!

We had a great stay at mike and charity’s place. We were traveling with a baby and they even dropped off a pack and play which was great for our daughter. There are some toys as well to keep your little one occupied for some time. The black out blinds help in the summertime. Very good location a few blocks from a main road. Have the fan on at night when you are trying to sleep so that extra noise doesn’t wake you from the really loud motorcycles/trucks driving by at night. I learned that trick a few nights in and had no issues sleeping after that. Would definitely rent again if I’m in the area.

Lynn pays attention to every detail to make sure one's stay is off to a good start. If you get a chance to spend time with either Lynn or Dave, take advantage. They have led and continue to lead fascinating lives. Our room may have been remodeled recently. It felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. We were even encouraged to wash our clothes.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 8 sleeping over plus friends during the day. House is very spacious and lots of beds. Outside is a little deceiving because it doesn’t look like it could be as big as it was on the inside. The house was decorated beautifully. I would rent this again for a larger group or family get together.

I stayed 6 nights. I was in Soldotna for business and worked quite a lot while there. The WiFi was great. The full kitchen allowed me to cook whenever I wanted. The place was clean and comfortable. The view of the Kenai River practically outside the door was amazing. You can also take the steps down to the River. Stories and restaurants are five minutes away. I recommend this place for someone staying in Soldotna.

This place was amazing! Jessica has not overlooked any detail. We stay at a lot of different vacation rentals, and I have never been at such a well stocked home. Not only was the furniture amazing, the beds were super comfortable and there was no shortage of the daily necessities. On top of being a perfect location, Jessica was a super communicative and lovely hostess. I highly recommend this location!

I cannot say enough good things about this Air Bnb! It is a beautiful place in a great spot and has all the comforts of home. The location was perfect for our trip with being close to the beach as well as the town. I have never seen so many amenities provided at any other Air Bnb! The fresh muffins and the waffle mix was an added surprise and thoroughly enjoyed! The grandchildren loved watching the farm animals and jumping on the trampoline. There is a park close by that is great for young children to play at. Dawn was quick to respond from the beginning to the end of our stay. I highly recommend this Air Bnb if you're looking to stay in Kenai.

Beautiful space! Quiet neighborhood just a few mins from the main part of town. Truly relaxing. Will keep this on my list of favs. Jill had great recommendations and was very responsive.

I stayed at Brittany’s duplex while I was in town visiting family. We were conveniently located nearby my brother’s home and had the perfect amount of space for a home base for the week. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but had everything we needed for breakfast each day. The bathroom was plenty spacious, beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the blinds and blackout curtains. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trips to visit my family in Anchorage!

The place hosted by Chris and Jodie was beautiful and we as a group of 7 with a 3-year old kid had absolutely no issues. It's unfortunate we couldn't enjoy the place too much as we arrived late at night and had to leave early as the check out time is a little earlier than most airbnbs. Nevertheless, id come back and stay here again!

First off we’ll say that Mario was a fantastic host! He was super accommodating to our traveling needs. The place was beautifully styled, we enjoyed our stay. • There are food and activity recommendations in the welcome book. • The bathroom is well stocked with towels and soap. • There is beautiful lighting in the unit as well as awesome opportunity for natural lighting. • Conveniently had washer and dryer in unit • Comfortable furniture • Mario was a wonderful and thoughtful host with excellent communication skills! We stayed at Emmanuel’s Turnagain property while our home was being renovated due to flood damage. Emmanuel was friendly, responsive, and easy to work with, his hospitality made a stressful time a bit more manageable. The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the smooth experience!

My husband and I came to Alaska to visit family. This place worked great for us because it was close to all. The kitchen had everything e needed to start the day with a great breakfast. My brother-in-law stayed with us because he lives a 3 hour drive away. The unit was perfect for the three of us, and it was definitely handy to have the bathroom downstairs. We had a couple of questions and the Host was very fast to respond.
