We offer guests a contact free stay in our detached studio suite in the Lake District.To refresh the studio and to complete intensive cleaning we block off a day either side of every booking. The studio has a king-sized bed, dining table & chairs, a very comfortable sofa, TV, lobby, wet room, small kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, tableware, cutlery. Patio doors open on to a private sun terrace overlooking the garden and surrounding fields. Parking next to the studio.

There is free on street parking outside the property and it is less than 10 minutes' walk from the Train and Bus Stations, allowing you to explore the Lake District from your doorstep. Located within the historic part of town, in the castle and old canal head area, you are less than 1 minute walk from the town centre across an old stone bridge.

Welcoming guests from all nationalities, faiths and backgrounds, sadly no pets in the cottage. Children welcome with books/games/ toys adapted to age.
