Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kenmore

Great location (close to the airport but quiet and peaceful). Very spacious and super clean!! The owner provided us ample daily necessities which made our trip like being home. Many thanks to them and will definitely come back again if we are back to Buffalo.

Gorgeous place in a safe neighborhood. The space was huge, great value. Well kept, and loved how there was a tv in every room. The host did an amazing job and created a very thorough binder of all amenities, local suggestions and attractions. Check out instructions were very clear and easy. Everything was perfect, but my only complaint was the upstairs neighbours were very loud and could be heard very clearly while we were trying to sleep. Aside from that our stay was incredible

We had a problem downloading the appt to get in the front door , contacted Greg and got an immediate response . Everything was exactly how it was on the posting . About 30 mins from Niagara Falls .

Great stay! Walkable to restaurants, Angelo and Jenn were very helpful and fast response time to any questions. Lots of family board games. Convenient to Niagara Falls.

Cheryl's place was beautiful and welcoming. There was a welcome basket in the kitchen with Niagara water and snacks, a basket in the bathroom with small Kleenex and sanitizer, and a welcome note on a chalkboard with our names. Everything was well stocked. The welcome binder had maps with everything from restaurants to nearby hospitals. When our arrival was delayed, Cheryl turned on extra lights so we could easily find our way. I would caution that the stairs were quite steep for us to get our large suitcases up. My only complaint is when hosts leave a list of checkout cleaning jobs. We had to get up early to catch a flight and had to plan extra time to take sheets off bed and take trash out. If I pay a cleaning fee, I shouldn't have to do the cleaning at 5:15am before checking out. Other than the cleaning checkout requirements, I would HIGHLY recommend Cheryl's place.

Everything was spotless, and I appreciated the attention to detail, from the fresh linens to the well-stocked kitchen. It's evident that the host takes pride in maintaining the property to high standards. Location-wise, it's ideal—convenient to local attractions while still being in a peaceful neighborhood. I had a wonderful time and felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely book this place again and encourage anyone looking for a comfortable and inviting getaway to consider it!

This is a great place to stay in Buffalo! It was an easy drive to Niagara Falls and the location in town was great. Ibrahim was very proactive and easy to reach and the space was large and well-maintained. We’d happily stay again!

Across the lake from Buffalo, around the corner from Old Fort Erie, and right beside the Niagara walkway, this house sits in a superb location. It feels tucked away and serene--like a home in cottage country--yet is 5 minutes drive from anything you want: grocery stores, drugstores, restaurants and the Niagara Peninsula and Toronto beyond. It's a great home base, and one that actually feels like home, with a well-appointed kitchen, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating space, three bathrooms, and relaxed, tasteful decor. We found everything we needed in the house and appreciated the quality of any appliances, large and small. Watching the spectacular sunsets light up the Buffalo skyline and listening to the multitude of songbirds in the area are a couple of the quiet pleasures this location offers. Accessing the walking trail just a few steps away is another. If in the area again, we'd definitely return to this lakehouse for a welcoming, comfortable experience!

The street was quiet and conveniently located to places to eat and grocery stores without a lot of traffic. House was clean and well stocked.

My recent stay at the lake house was nothing short of magical. Nestled among towering pines, the location offered breathtaking views of the shimmering water, perfect for morning coffee on the deck. The house was charmingly decorated, with cozy furnishings that made it feel like a home away from home. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing for delightful family meals, and the outdoor fire pit was ideal for evening gatherings under the stars. I particularly enjoyed the tranquility of the surroundings, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Overall, it was a refreshing retreat, and I can't wait to return!

This house was very nice with plenty of space for our family of 4 - could have easily fit 8 people pretty comfortably. House was certainly an old home that came with some quirks, but was nicely renovated and fully stocked with helpful items, kitchen was very nice with great quality appliances. Backyard was a great little oasis with a cool spot to relax, grill and eat an outdoor dinner. 25 mins to Niagara Falls, which was our main reason for visiting the Buffalo area. Host was responsive and helpful. The location is on a fairly busy road which was good and bad. A decent amount of constant vehicular traffic, but also very easy to get to places. Would recommend this house for a large family or a couple small families looking to visit the Buffalo/Niagara area.

Prefect for visiting Buffalo and Niagara Falls. The kids had so much fun with the games at the home. The home was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortably.

Matt & Lauren's place is such a gem in Buffalo. We stayed there for a weekend, and we felt right at home. The place home is super spacious, clean, and quiet. We appreciated the wonderful kitchen where we were able to prepare and share meals. We also appreciated the location, which is walkable to downtown, Allentown, and Elmwood Village, so we actually didn't drive a single time during our stay. Matt and Lauren left clear instruction and were otherwise accommodating. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

We were looking at the last minute for a house so we could spend more time with the kids and grandkids. Tommy responded immediately and approved our stay. Tommy provided everything that you would need for your stay and I would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Jon's place went exceptionally well. He provided plenty of good advice ahead of time and was very thorough in all his communication. Gave great recommendations for things to do, bars and restaurants, etc. We really appreciated his upfront communication, and he was always available when/if we needed anything. I enjoyed my stay here! The place was clean and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. There’s a private parking lot in the back for guests which was very nice so I didn’t have to park in the street. I would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located just minutes from the Falls, but away from all the main traffic and congestion. It was fantastic and made it easy to do all the things we planned. There were lots of other AirBnbers in the area and the community felt incredibly safe, well kept, and easily accessible. This is a great choice.

Our family had an amazing stay at Mosunmola’s condo. Fantastic location and very close to all the major attractions at Niagara Falls. It made exploring the city so convenient. The shoes off policy was a pleasant surprise and such a blessing. This was the perfect family-friendly place, absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!
