Beautifully quiet 1 bed studio flat nestled in the village of Alphington. Close to centre & all good city links A38, M5, Marsh Barton Train station 10 minutes walk. The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

Our shepherds hut and rustic piggery is located a mile outside the picturesque village of Kenn, regularly voted amongst the prettiest villages in Devon with its 13th century church and 12th century thatched pub. Vintage pig nestles in a sheltered valley in an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is an ideal location for exploring both the coast and moor, as well as woodland walks/bike rides. The piggery sits in its own private garden within the grounds of our grade II listed Devon longhouse.

This quirky wooden stand alone space comprises a double bed and is ideal for two people but can sleep four at a push as there is a double sofa bed. Situate in the heart of Devon, the flat has a kitchenette, combined living and sleeping area and a separate toilet and shower. The flat is reached via stairs and is unsuitable for people with mobility issues. There is a smart TV, DVD and music system but no internet. This space is non smoking. Private and cosy, with garden view

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

Welcome to the Country Caravans, our static caravan is based on a working farm in kennford just outside of Exeter. The caravan is based in a small apple orchard surrounded by the beautiful views of haldon forest and surrounding fields. Close to the farm house, the apple trees separate your privacy from your caravan to the house. We have our beautiful chickens, ducks and sheep/lambs depending on the times of year. On site parking is free and less than 20 meters to the caravan.

Cosy Cobb Cottage, nr Exeter - Cherry Tree Cottage

My place is a self-catering cottage, ideal for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Also, great for walkers and cyclists and for visiting Exeter, the lovely Exe Estuary and the South Devon coast. A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.

#Lovely ground floor apartment in quiet village

The picturesque village of Kenn is situated 5 miles from Exeter, within easy reach of Haldon Forest and Dartmoor National Park. The apartment is situated just off the A38/380 and gives easy access to the coast and Éxe Estuary cycle paths. There are numerous scenic walks from the apartment, with coastal and estuary views. The Ley Arms, a lovely village pub, is a very short walk away, serving good locally produced food.
