Holiday rentals with a patio in Kenton County

This place is a gem! Finding the place is easy. There is parking right beside the building. Troy is quick to respond and very helpful with my inquiries. The place is spotless clean. The beds, beddings and pillows are so comfortable. Every light fixture and decoration is well thought off and I love the modern vibes. My favorite part is the toilet in the second floor. It’s got heated seat, lights, and automatic flush. The shower has strong water pressure. The kitchen is amazing! They’ve stocked the place with coffee, tea, popcorn, herbs and spices. Just about everything anyone could need. I love the patio on the second floor as well. The thoughtful touches like touch screen, lighted mirror in the 2nd bedroom is amazing. The only downside is, my kids didn’t want to leave. After our visit to Ark Encounter which is a convenient 30 minute drive, they thought they are coming back to Troy’s Airbnb. My 4 yr old cried as he wants to go back. They enjoyed small playground right across the street

we were here on business & couldn't have been happier with the accommodations! everything was within an easy walk, lots to do, friendly neighbors, & the apartment was very clean, modern & comfortable. We will definitely re-book whenever we're back in the area!

The house was as she described. The inside was very clean and free of clutter. The house is in close proximity to a good variety of stores and restaurants.

Great stay! Right downtown Newport plus easy walk to Cincinnati across the purple bridge. Great location, lots of restaurants and stores easily walkable from the apartment. Perfect location for a Reds game! Apartment is super nice and very clean. Absolutely would stay here again. A+

This is a great spot, location is awesome, convenient market downstairs, a great gym and underground (paid) parking. The unit is cozy, the bed comfy and comes with all the amenities needed. I would definitely look to rent this unit again if I am back in Cincinnati.

This was such a nice place to stay. It felt super safe as a girl traveling by myself, and was really easy to find. It was so clean and cozy and even had a welcome sign in the living room with my name on it which was such a sweet touch. 10/10 recommend.

Vicky was an incredible host! When she found out it was my graduation weekend, she actually brought me cupcakes!!! And when there was a problem w/ the light, she was immediately responsive. Highly recommend!

Chet was a great host, the house was wonderful. Only thing was due to the weather we didn’t get to experience the backyard comfort. Other than that I’d definitely recommend the house.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Danita’s house while my husband and I worked with the Cincinnati Opera Company. The two of us were very comfortable in this three bedroom house with our two small children and my parents. The house was very clean and brand new. The hosts were very responsive whenever we wrote to them with questions both before and during our stay. Having a car is essential to explore anywhere beyond the neighborhood as it’s up on a big hill in an area called the Incline District, but we loved that there were a few things to do within walking distance of the house. There is one park very close (3 minute walk) with a great playground and a beautiful view of the city and river. Within about a 15 minute walk there are also a couple of restaurants (The Incline was a favorite - great cocktails in an elevated sports bar vibe and fabulous view from their outdoor patio), a great coffee place and an ice cream place (which was a total hit with our kids!) Marie's place was perfect. A group of us came to Kentucky to see the Ark Encounter for my birthday. The beds were comfy, very clean, fire pit was relaxing and great communication. The only downside I had was the shower pressure. I tried different settings on the shower head, but the pressure was still low, and it was hard to rinse out the shampoo for us ladies. This is the bathroom near the kitchen, but other than that, everything was great. Thank you again!

We loved our stay at The Dr. Dunlow's residence. The history of the house and the architecture of the older homes of the neighborhood were fascinating. We were there to take the grandbabies to the Newbort Aquarium and the Zoo. This was a perfect location between the two. In the evening, we took a lovely stroll down the antiquated street to a fantastic playground where the two young children played until they were wore out and ready for bed.. If you are history buff, I would highly recommend this house and the neighborhood.

Lucia was so wonderful and accommodated an early check in after we drove all night. She communicated very thorough and quickly and had everything ready for us. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, and there was also "just in case your forgot" boxes under the bathroom sink with a plethora of items like bandages, personal products, cotton balls, q-tips, and more. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking and plenty of coffee to keep you caffeinated. Cleaning supplies were available, so we could keep things tidy during our stay. Both bedrooms had very comfortable queen size beds, TVs, sound machines, and lamps to give it a feel like home. The upstairs tenants are friendly and quiet; we hardly noticed they were there. We are grateful for having a wonderful place to stay during our recent vacation and definitely recommend Lucia's place.

Great home for large family or group of friends. Very accurately described and close to soo much to do in Cincinnati or NKY! Highly recommend and will use again if we are in the area!

Michelle and Alex were very responsive and worked with us to get us in early as we were being discharged from the first day of our stay. The house was clean and had all listed amenities. A short walk to a cute playground and walking trail that the kids loved. Peaceful and huge patio, friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. It fit my husband and I and our 2 small children in one room, my in laws in another and my SIL/BIL and their toddler in the double bed room.

Had a great stay & our host was accommodating to our group needs. Really enjoyed the hospitality & we were able to explore the area easily. Between street car & ride sharing we got to see a lot of the city & enjoyed the privacy of the Airbnb to relax. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place.

My wife and I were traveling with our two year old daughter, and Sid’s place was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location close to downtown and all of the surrounding areas (Findlay Market, Over-the-Rhine, Newport, etc.). The place was comfy, quiet, and perfect to come back to agter running around on a super hot day (the air conditioning works great!). Thanks Sid!

The apartment is spacious, inviting, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony and sunny views. The location is private and secure, yet conveniently located to popular restaurants, shops, public transit, and entertainment! We parked our car at the Mercer Commons garage without issue. It was refreshing to enjoy a walkable city.

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

Nav was an incredible host, who gave us many excellent recommendations and was able to to quickly help when we needed it. Really great spot, cosy and now i understand why they call it the nest as its in the tree tops and you can hear all the birds outside, which was very peaceful. Highly recommend for couples! Check out the Cincinnati sign museum!

We enjoyed the place very much! The location is great, with many restaurants, and close to other attractions.
