I stayed Thurs–Sun and couldn’t have asked for a better solo retreat. I run a wellness business and needed a change of scenery to rest, reflect, and reset. This space delivered all that and more. The home is spotless, everything thoughtfully arranged. The kitchen is fully stocked with a separate pantry, which made it easy to cook all my meals. The soaring ceilings, sliding glass doors, and screened patio created the perfect indoor-outdoor vibe. I never even went to the beach, between the peaceful yard, woodland trail, and hot tub, I didn’t want to leave. My dog loved it too. Johnny and Michelle were responsive and kind, quick to help with a Wi-Fi question, then gave me space to unwind. Favorite moments: morning runs on Lake Shore Dr, sunset cocktail walks to Sundown Park, chill music on the Bluetooth speaker, and lunch at Penny Royal (the veggie sando = 10/10). If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated stay that feels like a proper reset, this is it. I’ll be back with friends!!

Jordan’s place is clean and nice! If I have a chance in the future to go to GR, I will definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are in the Rockford area. The description was very accurate, and Megan communicated very clearly. The pamphlet suggesting where to go and where to eat in Rockford was invaluable. I especially liked this place because it was a short walk around the corner to Rockford, and Rockford has wonderful restaurants, vintage shops, ice cream shops, and parks. Megan was very nice! If we ever return to Rockford, I would not hesitate to rent this Airbnb again. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Rhonda is not only friendly and helpful she has thought of everything. This is the BEST Airbnb we have stayed at and we look forward to returning next year.

Hailey's place was great for our weekend trip to GR! It's in a neighborhood about a 10 minute drive from downtown but easy to drive to anywhere you'd want to visit. The house was cozy and the basement was perfect for game nights, movie nights, etc. We had some trouble getting the keurig coffee maker to work but that was truly the only issue we had the entire stay. Hailey was one of the most proactive and responsive hosts I've ever had. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

The property is a private apartment in the basement of the main house. Beautiful 9 foot ceilings and appears to have been completely remodeled in the last year or two with high-end furnishings and decor. Very quiet waterfront properties surrounded by very nice homes. Everything you could want and more.

Carolyn was a great host and her place was perfect for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary!

We really enjoyed our long weekend at this Airbnb. We also appreciated how responsive Thach was when we had a question about the air conditioning(there was a window unit we didn’t see right away behind the table area) once we asked where it was, and turned it on, it worked like a charm!:) We also appreciated the friendliness of him and his pup, Scarlett with a warm welcome & soft pets! Would recommend for 2 people!

Jesse was very responsive every time I sent a message. The apartment was clean and inviting and included beautiful artwork by his wife. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The Keurig pods and seasonings in the kitchen as well as the q-tips and makeup remover cloths in the bathrooms were nice added touches. We would highly recommend.

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and had everything you needed to stay. The perfect place for a couple, with plenty of places within walking distance. Barbara was extremely responsive to every message we sent. We will certainly look to stay here again when we visit the area next time.

Excellent. Easy instructions. Robyn friendly and helpful. As soon as we walked in . I said Adorable! Perfect for a couple. Celebrating my birthday and was the Perfect spot. Highlight for us was using the pool at Ship n Shore. To sit n relax on the lounge chairs and look at the beautiful boats going by. And by the way it was never crowded there. In fact quite open. Lovely location. We enjoyed sitting on the porch having our coffee. Cozy unit. Felt great and comfortable and homey.

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is lovely with everything one needs to be comfortable. The location is ideal for shopping, walks and visiting Grand Rapids. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in heart of Douglas. Would be great place during the "on season". I was there due to a power failure and its the off season so there's not many people around. Very clean place, newer appliances and great internet. Would rent again.

This was the perfect place for us and our out of town guests to stay for our wedding. It was spacious and clean. It had fun amenities. It was walkable to all of the bars and restaurants. Just be careful of the spiral staircase if you do go to the bars!

The location is perfect. It’s right in the middle of the main street with all the shops and restaurants, and the south beach is a short walk along the river.

Accommodations were exactly what our family of four needed. Great location, close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to guests is, if you’re a light sleeper, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. It’s near the highway and there’s an early garbage truck daily. No fault of the owner! We’d stay here again!

Great building in a great location. Neat that there’s a sky bridge to connect to an indoor retail area. The unit is more of a studio and is not wheelchair accessible (sunken and raised rooms everywhere). The bathroom is really nice and the shower has great water pressure. The balcony is nice too. Has everything you’d need for a short stay. The floors are a little thin so sometimes there’s noise from above. There was also some street noise including the nightly musical fountain nearby at dusk. Overall we enjoyed our stay!
