Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kentwood

Cody’s place was clean, quiet and a beautiful setting.

We loved the kayaks and projector screen for tv. We were outside most of the time because of the amazing deck and outdoor furnishings. One day, we rented jet skis from Michigan Recreational Rentals and just rode up and down the river all day. The guy that rents those is super nice and made it so convenient for us. The home itself was super clean and cozy.

The house was small but laid out to maximize space. Super cute decor.

We booked the home for my parents as a gift since they are Wright fans. My mom has been talking my ear off since she got home as she is so excited. The home was lovely and it was such a wonderful experience for them. Marika is a wonderful host. Very proactive on communication and response to all requests. We would highly recommend this home for any Wright fans as it was certainly a dream come true for my parents.

We had the best time! The house was so clean, everything was labeled and Brian had everything you could possibly need. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood. We loved spending time on the boat and the lake which was footsteps from the home. Everything was perfect and we can’t wait to book again

Situated nicely between Holland and Saugatuck, there is plenty to take in and even more to do. But the beauty in this rental is that all the attractions are close but yet far enough away so if peace and quiet is your goal, it will not disappoint. We only stayed 3 days and couldn’t even come close to enjoying everything the area has to offer. And the accommodations were beyond what we expected; from the personal touches and hand written notes, to the cleanliness and functionality of your own home. We wanted for nothing but more time!

Jon was great, responsive and helpful. There are plenty of rooms and lots of space available if you’re staying in. We had a very fun weekend, definitely recommend.

The property is a private apartment in the basement of the main house. Beautiful 9 foot ceilings and appears to have been completely remodeled in the last year or two with high-end furnishings and decor. Very quiet waterfront properties surrounded by very nice homes. Everything you could want and more.

Everything was squeaky clean and just as described. Would recommend 10/10!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was even more beautiful that the pictures showed, and was in a quiet, peaceful area. Close distance to downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. Also is ~10 min to Virtue Cider and Fenn Valley Winery. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I, and our two dogs. Sara was an awesome host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Kara's Cottage was great. The pictures do not begin to show how cute this place is. The attention to detail was wonderful. The unit felt very much like a home away from home. Kara is sweet and warm. Wonderful host!!

We love the back patio where bird watching is a given. Comfy chairs and gorgeous open back yards make it so relaxing. Our grandsons enjoy the foosball table!

Second time staying at one of Bills properties. Both properties I have stayed at are in a good location, clean, and right in downtown Lake Odessa. Will book again in the future if I am in the area.

My best friend and I took our annual girl’s trip to Michigan and we are so glad we chose Amy & Derek’s place! It was peaceful and secluded. As silly as it may sound, we liked having the dehumidifier. The place we stayed at last year in Saugatuck had a lot of humidity, causing our stuff to be quite damp. It’s a nice touch! We loved being greeted by the kitties! Amy & Derek were friendly and accommodating! I recommend staying at their place! 💐

This was the perfect place for our anniversary weekend. It was the perfect location and we were able to walk everywhere. We didn’t use our car all weekend. Would definitely stay here again! Kimberly was very kind, responsive and helpful!

We come to South Haven frequently and this will be one of our favorites. Great location, you can walk everywhere and the back deck was perfect for an evening glass of wine while the sun set. Great view of the Black River from the back desk as well.

This was a great little place for a last minute get away! I appreciated that we could travel with our dog. It was also nice to have access to the pool across the street. My teenagers enjoyed that. The place was clean and in a great centralized location! The only thing I didn't realize is that the bathroom is attached to the bedroom so if you're traveling with more than two people, they will need to walk through your bedroom to get to the bathroom.

Amazing environment and great community.

This was the perfect place for us! It was only a few minutes drive from downtown. Could walk to the beach if you wanted. Kitchen had all the amenities. We didn't get to use the outdoor areas due to the time of year but would be so nice in another season. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Beaches are clean and sunsets are beautiful. It's only about a 30 minute or less drive to St. Josephs, Benton Harbor, Saugatuck, Holland. We did them all! Would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations were exactly what our family of four needed. Great location, close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. My only recommendation to guests is, if you’re a light sleeper, bring a sound machine or ear plugs. It’s near the highway and there’s an early garbage truck daily. No fault of the owner! We’d stay here again!

Great building in a great location. Neat that there’s a sky bridge to connect to an indoor retail area. The unit is more of a studio and is not wheelchair accessible (sunken and raised rooms everywhere). The bathroom is really nice and the shower has great water pressure. The balcony is nice too. Has everything you’d need for a short stay. The floors are a little thin so sometimes there’s noise from above. There was also some street noise including the nightly musical fountain nearby at dusk. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This was a great vacation stay spot for me and my reuniting family! The property was absolutely stunning with everything you would need for a nice stay, beautiful furniture inside and outside the house! The tiki bar area with a tv and fan was by far our favorite spot to hangout. This was an absolutely amazing place and experience and would 10/10 recommend this stay for all future guests!!

We enjoyed our stay at Northern Lights! The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location to so many places. Steve was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Thank you, Ashley, for a wonderful stay! We loved the privacy and comfort here, the ease of access to interstate and everywhere we wanted to explore. Very clean and calm! Appreciated the intentional touches - coffee, laundry pods, bug spray (mosquitoes were brutal one night). Covered parking spot was nice, great communication and availability/flexibility from host. Great, peaceful stay, we would return! Only tip for future guests is to bring an eye mask for sleeping, bedroom is a bit bright from outdoor lights.
