Holiday rentals with a patio in Kentwood

Loved the uniqueness of this property, which was both charming and comfortable. Beautiful grounds, great location that was walkable to shops, beach, lighthouse, eateries, etc. Would gladly stay again!

The birds nest was charming. The mid-century decor was so fun. Loved the retro record player and The Beach Boys album took me back. Well equipt kitchen, bath and laundry. I would suggest the steps be repaired and repainted since it is the first impression. A small eat in table and 2 chairs could be added along the back wall. The transition from kitchen to LR is high and the LR rug needs to be secured. Bedding was comfortable and washer and dryer very helpful. Would like to have been able to just put the dishes in dishwasher and start it vs having to wash and put everything away. Jordan was extremely responsive and the code door access was easy. I didn’t realize we needed to put the code in when we left to lock it but we figured it out after the first trip out. The cost was reasonable considering our stay was during Tulip Time

The apartment is so cute and well furnished. The area can be a little nerve wracking if you’ve never visited down town areas but we always felt safe and it was a good spot right outside of all of the thrift stores or bars. We traveled all over and just used it for sleeping but the apartment was cozy and we always found ourselves turning in early to crash on the couch. Good stay, would do again!

The location is perfect — just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and fun of downtown. The home was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a fantastic bonus and made our trip even more relaxing. Highly recommend for a convenient and enjoyable getaway!

Clayton's place was a great location for our trip. We enjoyed downtown Cedar Springs, the paved bike trail and local brewery. It is a well thought out unit and we would stay again if the opportunity arises.

My stay at Evan & Chelsea’s place was fantastic. It looked just like the pictures, had lots of character, which I love, and felt quite European, another plus. Close to restaurants, downtown and the beach. Check-in and out were a breeze. Communication was good. Highly recommend!

Rachel's place fit our needs perfectly for our girls' trip! Every room and space was spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed the home and spent a lot of time on the deck relaxing in the perfect Michigan weather! This location was very convenient to my daughter's home in Ada. We spent time in Eastown, Ada and had a wonderful time at Wildwood Farms. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful place to stay with my group! The house is bigger than I expected from the photos, which was perfect to spend time together. Check in was very straightforward. The shower on the first floor is a bit small and had some mildew in the corners but everything else was very clean otherwise.

My friend and I stayed here so we could attend a couple of concerts in Grand Rapids over the weekend. The weather ended up being a bit cooler than expected, so while we opted to not utilize the lake amenities, I would definitely recommend checking them out. Separate from the amenities and lake, the place was very nice, clean, and quiet. Our hosts were super responsive and easy to communicate with. Even after our stay they helped double check the space for a pair of pants my friend thought he had left. Upon entry there was a binder filled with basic rules and guidelines for respect and efficiency while utilizing different outdoor amenities. This book also included other recommendations such as local restaurants. This was probably the most thorough AirBnB experience I’ve had provided to me in my time using the service and I would highly recommend this location for those looking to do anything really within about 50ish miles of the area.

One word….. AMAZING! This is a beautiful home that more than exceeded my expectations! I feel like we’ve got a home in MI. We Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay there. The place is beautiful with such detail to comfort. I loved the aesthetics of the spaces. The front porch is such a special detail with chairs to sit outside. The kitchen was stocked with whatever pan, plate or utensil that you could need. To be honest though, we would walk down to the river and eat. Everything was so close. The river entertainment area is wonderful. We really enjoyed the river dam, wildlife and walking paths. My adult children went on a canoe river trip. Jessica is amazing and so quick to respond to any need or question. We have family there and will check here first to see if we can come back to stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home, great for our big family! Only 15 minutes from Grand Rapids!

Loved our stay for a quick trip to the area! Location was great, easy access to the highway making travel to nearby towns quick and convenient. The house was clean and private, huge backyard space and being fully fenced in was great for traveling with our dog. Amenities like laundry detergent, a stocked kitchen, and bathroom toiletries were great to have as well. Great place!

The condo is very clean, modern and has nice touches. Tammie and John were great communicators, quick to respond and thoughtful. The condo is a quick drive into Grand Haven and Holland with lots of great options. Highly recommended!

The place was nice enough and walking distance to downtown and the harbor. Easy access via vehicle to nearby places. The floor/carpet was falling apart in a few places but nothing serious. The walls are a bit thin, so you may want to bring earplugs if the neighbors are loud.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our short 2 night midweek stay here. Excellent location that is close to the beach and downtown Saugatuck. The heated pool and gas fire pits were really nice after we got back from a day of exploring the area. Isabel’s was just a short walk across the parking lot - great bakery, coffee shop, and market with unique foodie options. We would love to come back here.

Jenna’s place is in a great location and right in town with lots of places to walk to with things to do. The condo was just as described in the description and was very clean with everything you need provided. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to Grand Haven.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The kitchen was well-stocked, we especially loved being so close to downtown. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Holland area.
