Only 2 km from Emmendingen, a quaint 15th century cobble-stoned town with small cafes & shops, and an easy 20 min from Freiburg and Europapark. The 70 m², self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor of a modernized former farmhouse with panoramic views in a quiet secluded location and yet close to the town center. Parking is right at the entrance. The house is a bit light-sounding, especially footstep noise is audible. 2 rooms (bedroom and living room with sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen-living room and a 20 m², well-insulated conservatory. The surrounding area is close to nature. Sunbathing/playground with barbecue/fireplace.

Our 1 room apartment with almost 48 sqm was almost completely renovated in winter 2019. The kitchen is fully equipped with air conditioning and in the new season also with TV. Instead of the bunk bed, there are 2 single beds in the bedroom next to the double bed. In addition to a new air conditioning system, a new 55-inch TV has been installed In the hallway there is a reading corner with couch which can be pulled out for a 5th person. For 4 guests generous, up to 5 guests possible

The apartment with kitchenette and bathroom is all yours and is lockable. We share the house entrance. You can enjoy the sun all day long on your small terrace. Josef lives in the house together with pot-bellied pig Wilhelm and our cats Indie, Hera and Odin🐷 🐈‍⬛ 🐈

You will stay in a 45 sqm modern 1.5 room apartment on the ground floor which is almost barrier-free. Only the main entrance has 6 steps. The studio is step-free and can accommodate up to 4 people. In front of the house there is a small terrace, 50 m from the market square with restaurants and lots of shopping.
