Fantastic stay, exactly what we needed.

Thanks to Sanaa for being a friendly and welcoming host, super easy to communicate with and gave us flexibility with check in and out. Lovely arrival to a clean, bright apartment, you can see lots of attention to detail has been given in the amenities provided and nice to walk into welcome chocolate and sweets . Enjoyed the sauna option in the apartment and beautiful sunset and forest views from the apartment. Also useful area with restaurant and supermarkets plus a parking space is provided.

The apartment was a good size and found everything you need. The host provided clear instructions and the space was clean. The location was great, easy to get to by public transportation, too. We loved staying here!

The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathroom and sauna were really new and finished. One possible bottleneck when accommodating a larger group is the location of the only toilet in the same room as the shower. However, we did quite well. The possibility of charging an electric car was a positive surprise.

Comfortable apartment in a quiet area. Public transport within walking distance. Easy to get from the airport. Markus responds quickly and kindly to messages. I recommend this place to anyone looking to vacation in Helsinki.

My stay at Virgil's place was one of the best AirBnB experiences I've had. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed, and the spa in the bathroom was a fantastic bonus! It was super clean, everything worked as it should. Location was another plus, just a short walk from local shops and the station, with convenient access to downtown Helsinki in one direction, and the airport in the other. But the best part of the whole experience was Virgil himself. Always quick to respond to enquiries, friendly, helpful with accurate information, and going the extra step to provide whatever I needed. He worked in the apartment during the day, but was always respectful of my needs and thoughtful to not disturb. And always offering help if needed. Kiitos Virgil, it was a joy to meet you and stay in your place. Hopefully we'll meet again!

The apartment is well-maintained and conveniently situated close to the train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The host is highly responsive and accommodating. The rental price is justified by the quality of the stay. For travelers with a car, the availability of free parking is a significant advantage. I highly recommend this place and plan to return. 😊

Such a gem this one! One of the best Airbnb stays that I’ve had and definitely beats the basic hotel stay. Lovely decor, clean, fresh and everything worked perfectly. We had an excellent time in Helsinki, much helped by having a base at Maria's that made getting into and out of the city ridiculously easy. The train station is three minutes walk away (no noise issues at all!), and you're at the Central Station in 10-15 minutes. The airport is just as easy, as is access by car. Very good supermarket very close as well. The flat was clean, comfortable and homely. Many thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Pekka’s. A perfect location for exploring Helsinki - on foot or with transit. And a beautiful and comfortable home to return to each day. And the sauna was a great feature!

The apartment was clean and tidy. Tuomas responded quickly if there were any questions. For us, the apartment was perfect in location, with an ice rink and the Big Apple next door. Strong recommendation.

We had a comfortable 3 night stay and loved the hot tub in particular. The flat is very well located for transport and shopping and we hope to stay here again. Accessibility: my son uses a pediatric wheelchair so larger devices may have a different experience. There is a ramp to the main entrance of the building and then you can walk over to the <B> elevator to get to the flat. The entrance might be narrow for wider chairs. There is no barrier/step into the main bathroom and no steps in the flat.

Great location and wonderful accommodation. Our large family felt right at home and very comfortable. Close to all the places that most would love to visit. Would stay here again before searching for anything else!

Great location that gave us easy access. He was also greatly responsive and checked in on us during late night hours as we were on our way to the property to make sure we could get in alright. The property itself is in a great location. It provided easy access to the commuter and light rail system. Only note would be for awareness to seniors. Property could be challenging for people with accessibility needs. You have to traverse stairs to enter the property and the interior of the unit also has steps, some a little steep, leading from the bathroom to the bedrooms. Also, be sure to note the layout of the unit. We noticed this going in. Access to the kitchen and living area is cutoff from the bathroom when someone is using it or taking a shower. Last note for light sleepers. I was fine, but my daughter was refurlarly awoken by other residents entering property or even walking outside on the street. I didn't think it was loud, but a white noise generator may help sensitive people.
