The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. In der Ferienwohnung erwartet Sie viel Platz zum wohlfühlen. Auf dem Balkon können Sie den Sonnenuntergang mit einem Glas Wein beobachten . Hunde sind stets willkommen und Kinder natürlich auch. Für Ihr Haustier gibt es einen Hundekorb und einen Trinknapf. Es gibt einige Gesellschaftsspiele für Groß und Klein und viele Bücher zum lesen. Insgesamt gibt es drei Betten, zwei sind 1,40 m groß und eins 1,80m. Im Bad befindet sich eine große, offene Dusche und eine Waschmaschine.

The Traumpfade, various castles, the Moselle Valley, the Maifeld, as well as Koblenz and Cochem are easily reached. Our small but fine nest is equipped with everything to feel comfortable. Motorcycles/bicycles can be safely stored.
