The sound of the river in the middle of 6 ha of forest, no road nearby! Hammock, trampoline, swings, sheep, goat... 10 minutes from Concarneau and the beach. No smoking, quiet after 11pm desired. Little network on site Sheets & towels €10 pers / cleaning €60 (80 if + 4 days) Cleaning is done but will not be suitable for "perfectionist" people who look at everything in detail. In the heart of the passage, a popular area of Concarneau, south of the port entrance. Located on the 1st floor of a small secure residence, close to shops (bakery, supermarket, fishmonger, pharmacy...) The 3-star apartment consists of a large living space of more than 27 m2 facing south with equipped kitchen. A sitting area with sofa bed (new 160 bedding), TV, internet, and fiber optic. 2 secure parking spaces. Quiet, ideal for remote work.

The accommodation is located on the 2nd and top floor of a small building with four apartments WITHOUT ELEVATOR. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. In the heart of the village, you can do everything on foot. Parking in a small private courtyard. Self check-in with lockbox. Book with my favorite addresses and places.

Penty, 6 km from the sea

This pretty penty adjoining our house is ideally located in the quiet countryside but also 5 minutes from the center of Concarneau and 6 km from the beaches. The penty is perfect for family vacations. For the months of July and August, we only accept requests by the week from Saturday to Saturday. We do not provide sheets or towels, unless requested by you, we charge 10 euros per bed set.

"L'impasse des bibis"... a natural break

I welcome you, in the middle of the woods, in a pleasant 40 m2 guest house, new and single-storey with a separate entrance. Ideally located, quiet, between ocean and greenery, halfway between Concarneau (9 km) and Pont-Aven (9 km), at the exit of the village of Trégunc (800 m) and very close to Pointe de Trévignon (5 km).
