Ty Ni is a former barn that has become a comfortable thirty-square-meter tiny house, full of charm and ideally located. A 5-minute walk to the tram and buses, you can quickly reach the Arena, the city center or the Technopole. Just a little further away are the harbor and the typical port of Maison Blanche. Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert, for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the ideal base for discovering Brest, the Iroise region and northern Finistère.

Located 20 minutes from BREST train station and 40 minutes from the airport. The village is served by a bus line from BREST and towards CONQUET and the beaches.

The house is located in the village of Roscanvel, on the beautiful Crozon peninsula. ENTIRE APARTMENT WITH SEPARATE ENTRANCE. We renovated the old bakery in the village center. We transformed it into an apartment, with a beautiful living room, a sitting area, two bedrooms, one of which is smaller but spacious enough for two people to sleep in, and a bathroom with shower and bidet. The accommodation is renovated, bright, quiet because well insulated.
