Greatly enjoyed the house, everything was present to even cleaning items, toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, hairdryer). House was cozily furnished and we soon felt at home. Contact with Adri and Belinda was quick and clear . In the evening, we had a nice dinner at Brasserie Shoko, shops and restaurants at walking distance. See you the next time Adri and Belinda. Very satisfied with the property. Everything was clean and correct. The only comments are the lack of the fire bowl that was in the photos. This was an important point for us. And the TV was not working well, but it may have been a one-time malfunction. Otherwise very satisfied. Quick responses and flexibility. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view

We felt very comfortable at the place. Everything was clean and well maintained, the kitchen well equipped – ideal if you want to cook or bake yourself. The location is quiet, with a beautiful view, and hiking trails start right outside the door. The contact with the hostess was friendly and straightforward.

We spent the last few days in your beautiful house. We felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with many small attentions. The facility is really nice, everything is available and of very high quality. We were able to sit outside, grill and enjoy the weather. We also thought of our dog Xena. Check in and check out were super easy. Everything was clean and tidy. Many fresh towels and even bathrobes were available. For questions, the two were immediately available. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderfully quiet accommodation in a clean cottage with large garden. Spacious rooms and tidy. Friendly people and good tips for restaurants. I would definitely go back, recommended!

Everything worked out well for us. One very clean house, with all the accessories you could wish for. One enclosed private garden, where our dogs could walk outside. Renate was a perfect host, she gave us a feeling of welcome and was very accessible if we had a question. There is a lot to do in the area, we stayed with Renate for a week, but we were not bored. For us, it is an ideal place to unwind. We may come back.

It is a very nice holiday home with lots of comfort. The kitchen is equipped for people who like to cook. Everything is there and everything is of great quality. It is cozy and you can have breakfast and eat on the covered terrace. Top in all areas. A helpful Linda who is immediately ready if you want to know something. I would recommend this bnb to anyone.

Very friendly, informative and communicative owners, thanks Jenna and Alexandre. I spent a night in the apartments with my two daughters. We came for hiking nearby. Felt very comfortable inside and outside. Nice spacious area. Apartments equipped by all required, clean and cozy. I would recommend to add microwave oven, but not critical. Good internet wi-fi speed. I think a swimming pool and its description make slight confusion, as it's actually without heating, can barely be appropriate for swimming and keep 20-25 degree by itself if not hot days outside and apartments cost higher than comparable ones in the area - assume because of the pool, which wasn't a problem for us, but I would like to be honest here. We were in June, the temperature outside was 16-18 degree, water temperature around 15-17 degree. This won't prevent us to dive into it twice, but more as a 'Wim Hof' challange :) Thanks for a nice stay!

Very nice stay as a couple with our dog. Everything was great and Arnaud explained everything to us proactively. Beautiful view and ideal for dogs. However, I would like to mention that the garden fence is good except for the part at the back that overlooks a meadow with horses: our dog was able to pass through and took a little walk in the meadow. Fortunately, he has a good memory :) Big thanks for this stay!

We booked Fabien's house last minute after there were problems with the heating in the house we stayed in first. Fabien responded directly to our booking request and was fortunately flexible with the arrival time. We were warmly welcomed , given a tour and some hiking tips on top . The walk to la Roche au faucons is indeed beautiful . The house is in a quiet location but within walking distance there are plenty of nice places to eat and drink. The house and the garden are ideal for people who want to bring their dog.

The villa is very well liked. We were with 8 adults and there was plenty to do in the region.

I immediately felt comfortable in Mustafa's apartment. Everything was super clean, usefully furnished and exactly as described. The communication with Mustafa was really good - very fast, friendly and uncomplicated. I can only recommend the apartment - gladly again!

Very cozy little apartment on an old estate with everything you need and in the middle of nature. Hiking trails right on the doorstep. Horses, dog and a cat that visited us in the apartment the last morning ;-) We'd love to come back!

Great stay! Spacious living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower/toilet/bath. In addition, separate toilet. 2 2-person bedrooms and 1 1-person. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, washing machine and dryer available. TV no NL channels (not a problem for us). There is a stereo set with a lot of CDs to listen to. Sufficient towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning supplies, shampoo and shower gel. You will be staying above/next to the home of the 2 owners. Behind their garden are 3 alpacas, which you can see. I have a strong hearing, so I heard them and the road in front of the house from time to time. The internet was of varying quality. Watching Videoland was often possible, but sometimes it suddenly stopped. This has been passed on to the owners. You are close to the Netherlands. We cycled in both DE and NL. Recommendations in the area: pizzeria in Gilrath, Wildpark Gangelt, Geilenkirchen city center, Kerkrade Zoo, Kerkrade Discovery Museum, Hoensbroek Castle. Cheap sandwiches at home via owner.

Everything is great, bigger than my apartment :D therefore also sufficient space. Beautifully bright and everything clean. Parking directly in front of the door. Small evening walks possible.

Beautiful retreat, super peaceful, just be prepared that transit won’t get you there with your bags, and internet will only be as good as your cell phone signal. Great place to disconnect from the world, not as great for working remotely.
