Small family house located in the countryside at the entrance to a hamlet. The bay windows give access to the terrace and the small private garden. The outdoor living room is sheltered under the porch. We live in the adjoining house, without a neighbor opposite, and share the entrance courtyard and its parking with the cottage. You will probably meet our 2 cats and on occasion you might hear our little dog speak. Bourg de Moelan 2 km shops and supermarket, market on Tuesday Train station 15 min

Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.
