Le Studio 29

Charming studio with mezzanine, located in the heart of the city of painters made famous by Paul Gauguin and the painting school of Pont-Aven. The studio is located in a wing of our house and you have two entrances to access it. You have an outside dining area at the foot of the staircase and a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs. The garden and terrace can be lit in the evening. You are 200 meters from the city center and the museum and very close to the port.

Furnished Tourism Rating *** Located in the Concarnoise countryside, 4 Degrees West is a cottage for 1 or 2 people, in eco-building, quiet, in a hamlet, 6 km from the city center of Concarneau, 7 km from the village of Forêt-Fouesnant (Breton Riviera), 3.5 km from the famous GR34, 2 km from the green way Concarneau-Roscoff and 3 km from the RN165. Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Quiet house with character, Loctudy – Lesconil

Ideally located 1.8 km from the charming port of Lesconil and the large white sandy beach. Living room, open kitchen, living room/wood-burning stove, sofa bed, bathroom: shower and toilet. Upstairs on mezzanine, the staircase to access it is steep, with 2 beds (90 x 200). Beds are made on arrival for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation. Possibility of lunch/dinner outside in the shared courtyard of this Breton farmhouse (south facing). Baby kit available on request.

Le Moulin de Kérangoc: Moulin du XIXème.

Located on the ground floor of an old mill, 10 minutes from the ocean, the cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, separate toilet and living kitchen with stone fireplace. It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. In a wooded environment you will have access to the mill orchard and the river (Le Moros) that runs along the property. Quietly, you can observe many birds: herons, piverts, owls. And with a bit of luck, you'll come face to face with the deer.

Penty Pont Aven

Located on the heights of Pont-Aven, within our property, the fully renovated and equipped "penty" can accommodate you to stay for a few days and discover Pont-Aven, and the many hiking trails along the Aven and Belon rivers. The first beaches such as Port Manech, Kerfany, Dourveil... are 15/20 minutes drive away. The cottage has a semi-enclosed terrace that is completely independent and not overlooked. Parking is private, located on the property.

Peaceful and natural tiny house

A small wooden house with its quiet garden, in the heart of an organic vegetable farm, Ideally located for hikes, admiring the sunken paths, woods, pretty meadows and streams or simply recharging your batteries. It is an invitation to disconnect and return to nature. From the south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining table, garden furniture… you can observe the hill, the forest in front of you and let the songs of birds lull you.

Pond-side cottage in unspoiled nature

Isolated 4-season chalet for 2 people and 1 child by a pond, in a large garden-forest. Dragonflies, kingfishers... and with a little luck otters and roe deer. Wake up, take a dip... or take the oars! The chalet has a kitchenette, sofa, table, 2 single beds + 1 child's mattress. Dry toilets are outside. A Finnish sauna welcomes you in the cold season (€20). Far from any noise and light pollution, dare to return to nature!

Boutrec Shirley

Cosy and welcoming 4* gîte, beautifully renovated in wood and stone; two bedrooms (can accommodate 2 to 3 people), where you can enjoy comfort and calm in any season. Located between the Aven and Belon rivers, the picturesque port of Rosbras, with its bar-restaurant is at just 750m, the Crêperie la Belle Angèle is a short 5 minute walk away, and the port of Belon (Riec) with its world famous oysters is also nearby.
