This is a warm and comfortable 2 bedroomed house sleeping 3/4. 20 minute walk to centre of Keswick with lots of walks and cycle rides straight from the door. Also private parking for 2 cars (priceless in summer) The shops, bars and restaurants of Keswick are just a short walk, as is Derwent Water with numerous activities. Very easy access to local walks from your doorstep too.

There's plenty of space to spread out and relax with views to the front and rear straight onto the fells capturing sunrises and sunsets alike. Two bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 5 with the large double height kitchen/dining room a perfect space for a larger get-together. The downstairs includes the kitchen, sitting room, a bedroom and the bathroom and has been specifically designed to be wheelchair friendly.

Beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of a thriving yet peaceful village on the edge of the Lake District, close to the northern fells. Within walking distance of a village pub, shop, cafes and gift shop. Caldbeck is situated on the fifth and final section of the Cumbria Way. The cottage is perfect for walkers and non-walkers as there is plenty to do around the area. If you are bringing your dog, please make sure you include them in your booking as there is a charge to bring a pet.

Our cottage is nestled in the picturesque village of Portinscale and is a short 5 minute walk into Keswick. Portinscale is perfectly situated for any outdoor activity. Derwentwater Marina is a short 2 minute walk away, the local fells are easily accessible from the front door and the cycling (both trail and road) are world class. There is a superb cafe situated 100 yards from the cottage and a local village pub. The cosy cottage is the perfect base for a fantastic holiday.
