Located on the edge of the Lake District, tucked away in the old part of Great Broughton, on a quiet lane just off the Main Street with lovely walks along the River Derwent right from the doorstep & views over the river & western fells. Cockermouth & Keswick are a short drive away along with the seaside towns of Maryport & Whitehaven & the beaches at Allonby & St Bees. Easy access to the Lakes & the Western Wainwright Fells.

Delightful, spacious house, sleeps six. Parking.

This is a wonderful holiday house, sleeps six, spacious and welcoming. It is only a five minute level walk into Keswick, a great location for exploring this beautiful area. The house offers private off street parking and pretty garden to front and back with seating area. Also a real log fire in the front sitting room. All mod cons, from Smart TV, great WIFI. Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker. We have a BBQ and table tennis table too. Brand new bathroom

Tethera Nook is the South East wing of Hylands with wonderful views. Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It's a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

This is a warm and comfortable 2 bedroomed house sleeping 3/4. 20 minute walk to centre of Keswick with lots of walks and cycle rides straight from the door. It is just a few minutes from the old railway cycle path. Storage available for bikes. There is a spacious lounge, dining kitchen double bedroom with uk king bed and bathroom. The second bedroom is very spacious as a single room and can be provided with 2 twin beds if needed. In peak summer period only 7night bookings or multiples of.

This former guest house on Blencathra Street in central Keswick never feels overcrowded. 5 double bedrooms comfortably sleeps 10 guests. The dining room seats up to 12, the kitchen diner seats 4, plus a large living room with open fires and views of Skiddaw and Latrigg. Also private parking for 2 cars (priceless in summer) The shops, bars and restaurants of Keswick are just a short walk, as is Derwent Water with numerous activities. Very easy access to local walks from your doorstep too.

Beautifully renovated cottage in the heart of a thriving yet peaceful village on the edge of the Lake District, close to the northern fells. Within walking distance of a village pub, shop, cafes and gift shop. Caldbeck is situated on the fifth and final section of the Cumbria Way. The cottage is perfect for walkers and non-walkers as there is plenty to do around the area. If you are bringing your dog, please make sure you include them in your booking as there is a charge to bring a pet.

The Hayloft - a cottage on our Lake District farm

Completed in July 2020, The Hayloft is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater lake in the Lake District. Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite shower, toilet and basin. Bedroom 2 can be made up as a double bed or two single beds. We can provide an extra small bed in here for a young child up to about age 7.
