This is a wonderful holiday house, sleeps six, spacious and welcoming. It is only a five minute level walk into Keswick, a great location for exploring this beautiful area. This is a warm and comfortable 2 bedroomed house sleeping 3/4. 20 minute walk to centre of Keswick with lots of walks and cycle rides straight from the door. It is just a few minutes from the old railway cycle path. Storage available for bikes. There is a spacious lounge, dining kitchen double bedroom with uk king bed and bathroom. Very easy access to local walks from your doorstep too.

Our cottage is nestled in the picturesque village of Portinscale and is a short 5 minute walk into Keswick. Portinscale is perfectly situated for any outdoor activity. Derwentwater Marina is a short 2 minute walk away, the local fells are easily accessible from the front door and the cycling (both trail and road) are world class. There is a superb cafe situated 100 yards from the cottage and a local village pub. The cosy cottage is the perfect base for a fantastic holiday.
