From the terrace of Villa Friends you can walk straight to the picturesque beach, just 100 meters from the waterfront. Directly in front of the house: beach soccer, volleyball, basketball and badminton. 50 meters from the house there is a children's and adult pool, as well as a teqball and ping pong table. 150 meters away, children's playground, opposite the waterfront sandy beach section, in front of it street workout outdoor gym. There are three buildings on the plot, only the entrance to the plot is common. The Stone House is a 2nd one-bedroom building with bathroom and kitchenette. The bathroom has a Finnish sauna and a whirlpool. The house has its own garden. You can grill. In the basement, fitness machines can get rid of a few calories. At the end of the plot there is a tennis court with clay. Price includes use of sauna, hot tub and fitness machines. Before the arrival of guests, we disinfect with an ozone generator!
