Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kineta

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My husband and I stayed the night in Rafina in between a ferry and a flight and we weren’t expecting to have such a pleasant time, but the hospitality and thoughtful touches meant we had a lovely evening and morning.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

I stayed at Xanthi's place with my three girlfriends and we had a fantastic time there. The house is lovely and cozy, equipped with everything that we needed. It was very clean and comfortable, with spacious terrace and garden (with turtles in the backyard!). There were fans both in the house and outside, which allowed us to survive the high temperatures. Additionally, all windows and door have an anti mosquitoes net so we didn't have any bugs in the house. Xanthi's house is located walking distance from both ports - Skala and Megalochori. The nearest beach and supermarket are 5 minutes walking from the house. Xanthi is a lovely host- we felt very welcome and she was ready to reply to all our inquiries. She also let us check-in earlier which was much appreciated as we were tired after a long travel. After the check-out we were allowed to leave our luggage on the terrace, as we still had a couple of hours until our ferry was departing. Overally, this was a wonderful stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Beautiful house with incredible view and wonderful hostess

Beautiful apartment convenient to Athens International Airport. Worked great for a last night in Greece after returning from the countryside (or islands) before flying out the next morning.

Very responsive Very centralized location

The space is beautiful with an attractive view. You can walk along the boulevard to the village. On Saturday night and night you can hear some music from a club nearby. You won't be bothered by that.

Loved this place! Gorgeous and convenient space, great host suggestions, and perfect location. They even gave us fresh towels after two days. Loved it!

We loved the views and the home, gorgeous!!! Be aware that you need to walk luggage up 2 flights of stairs, worth the effort! Small items like shampoo and cream rinse would be a welcome addition. Also, this sleeps max 4 people, if 2 people share a bed. The bathroom and shower are beautiful. The deck is a once in a lifetime view. The restaurants in the neighborhood are gorgeous, but it’s good to know that the nightclubs go until 3am.

Perfect place to stay for relaxing and exploring the area (Epidauros, Mycenae, Nafplio). The apartment is amazing. We loved the scenic panoramic view from the roof top terrace or from the sitting area. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything was spotless and clean. We enjoyed a welcome basket with e.g., a great white wine and coffee. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. We enjoyed our stay very much. Definitely a place to come back.

The accommodation is located directly on a small harbor. We enjoyed the view from the balcony. The apartment was very clean and the communication with the host was very quick and easy. He gave us very good tips for excursions.

We had a very nice time at Koni. She was super nice, warm and always helpful – you immediately felt welcome. The pool was a real highlight, as was the breathtaking view. The accommodation was very clean overall, which is particularly important to us. However, you can see that some corners are already a bit outdated. A few renovations would really do the whole thing good - especially in this price range, that would be a nice bonus. Nevertheless: The atmosphere, the friendliness and the location make the stay absolutely recommendable. Thank you, Koni!

Avra Apartment in Chalkida is a cozy and functional stay, located near some restaurants, a supermarket, and just a short 300m stroll to the lovely Paralia Kourenti beach. Being central, street parking can be a bit tricky, but we managed to find a spot nearby. A good choice for a short stay close to the beach.

The Loft is a fantastic base from which to explore Athens. It was the jacuzzi that drew me to it and it did not disappoint after long days of walking. Whilst slightly out.of the centre, it was still easy to walk and a metro station just around the corner. Andres was responsive to all my queries and requests and very accommodating to our need for a slightly later check out. Entry to the building and the apartment is via a smart app which worked well...just need to be careful that your phone doesn't run out of charge! Fantastic place and host...would 100% recommend. Love the area and the surroundings. The apartment had what we wanted. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work. Very comfortable bed.

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Our stay was beyond expectation. The view was even better than the pictures. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equiped. We were welcomed by many treats and even free caps. The apartment is located within walking distance of all the sites and good restaurants. Thank you for an excellent stay in Athens!
