A delightful stay for a family wedding. We really liked the wonderful decorative touches in tune with 'Bumblebee'. A short walk to the village Co-op store which catered for all instant needs. The Indian restaurant is very good and has a well established reputation locally. The newer Pizza Junction is excellent. Both are an easy walk. All in All this was a 'top' stay in a well appointed and thought out place.

Bev is a top class host. Her hospitality was second to none, always available to get me anything I may have needed during my week stay. The annex is in a lovely quiet location with basically everything you can need. If you want a nice quiet place to call home whilst you’re visiting Banbury or near, I’d recommend it!

Lovely stay with my family of five (including three young kids,) plus my parents. Everything was modern super clean, beautifully decorated. Felt like a nice hotel in the best possible way. And we definitely felt the price was a steal compared to other options in the surrounding 30-40 miles. Easy walk to shops and bakery in quiet town, lovely Indian restaurant a few doors down. Relatively short drives to Warwick Castle and Stratford Upon Avon. House itself can be tricky to find on the street, entrance is on the side, but hosts were prepared for this with super detailed instructions which made it easy enough to locate when followed properly! Highly recommend this property for a stress free and comfortable stay.

Lovely clean, warm, well equipped and quiet location in a very friendly Warwickshire village. Debbie was a great host and also supplied us with fresh eggs for breakfast! Made very welcome by the local pub, flower shop and coffee shops. Saturday Farmer's Market was great too! Excellent location for local exploration - Edge Hill, Warwick and Warwick Castle, Stratford-on-Avon together with National Trust locations all within a 30 min drive. Cottage was ideal for 2 retired couples, but would have worked for small families too. We are long time and well seasoned AirBnB's - in GB, Europe and Western Canada ....... and the combination of host Debbie, the accommodation and location ranks our visit up there with THE BEST! We'd give it 6* if we could - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
