Long Beach and the location was excellent The house was very cozy and tastefully decorated ! The host was very nice very helpful ! For me !! I had a great time and I am definitely going to come back again!!!

We really enjoyed staying at Claire’s apartment. It was sunny, spacious, and impeccably clean. The location, one block from the ocean and boardwalk was so convenient. The beds were comfortable and the whole place felt welcoming. We would definitely want to stay there when we come back to the Rockaways next year.

I didn’t expect much from this apartment, but I was pleasantly surprised. I was healing from an injury, and the quiet setting was just what I needed. The little red room was charming, the bathroom very clean, and the location—on a tranquil block just steps from the beach—was relaxing and convenient. The other guests were warm and accommodating, and the kindness of the locals truly melted my heart! I had a lovely stay and was very productive.

I had to move to this listing short notice with my family due to a bad host elsewhere. Arletta was very responsive and helpful in this situation. After a minor misunderstanding with a bed issue she responded quickly and was very friendly. This place is directly across from beach access and is decorated well. It could use a few more dishes and things. As others mentioned the washing and folding of the towels prior to checkout can be a bother but we just planned ahead. This place was what we needed in short notice and it fit our family well. I’d recommend it. Arletta was pleasant to work with. Good communication is key and she did that well.

John's place is gorgeous. I felt very comfortable with the accommodations. Everything was accessible and my two poodle puppies were welcomed with open arms! I was very happy with my stay. I'm noting that I didn't notice at the time of booking that this Air BnB was a shared space. John (the owner of the Air BnB) and his girlfriend were so pleasant -- it didn't bother me one bit. If you desire privacy, you can rent the whole house! Thanks John!

Our stay here was great! The place was clean and looked just like the photos! It was located in a nice quiet neighborhood and was right on the beach. The only thing to note is that it is attached to another unit, and the quiet hours are important for that reason. The air conditioning while we stayed was finicky. It could have been user error, but one night it was very hot and I came to find the temperature had reset itself to very warm. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a getaway on the beach!

Can’t say enough great things about John’s property! Our family (2 adults and 2 teens) loved our long weekend away. The location is amazing, right across the street from the beach entrance and walkable to a couple eateries, supermarket and subway. It was spotless, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. Stocked with the basics, nice kitchen with everything we needed. We had a couple small questions and couldn’t get over how responsive and nice John and Ashley are. Also super easy check out, which was extra nice. We are already looking forward to booking a trip to come back!

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb with friends and two kids. The Airbnb is in an amazing location right across the street from the beach and short walking distance to several restaurants and a supermarket. The hosts are super responsive to any questions or concerns. They also have all the amenities you may need for a beach day and the kitchen is well-stocked. The weather sadly did not cooperate with us this year and we were unable to take advantage of our proximity to the beach but would definitely stay here again the next time we plan a Rockaway beach getaway.

Great location! Love the water pressure in the shower. This was perfect for my families vacation and appreciate the use of the washer and dryer to go home with clean clothes! Would recommend and stay again

Every room was even better than expected: • The infrared sauna in the modern bathroom felt like a luxury spa experience. • The kitchen was sleek, bright, and fully equipped, perfect for quick meals or longer stays. • The bedroom, bathed in soft blue ambient lighting, created the most relaxing sleep environment I’ve had in a while. • The living area was stylish, cozy, and equipped with a large flatscreen TV—ideal for winding down. Anthony was an outstanding host—warm, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The pictures do this place no justice! Its truly amazing. Comfortable, spacious, quiet and right across from the beach it offers the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. Ashley was amazing every step of the way. Extremely responsive and accommodating in every way! Definitely recommend a stay here

You will be thrilled to rent this charming and immaculate beach home. My family (two adults and a toddler) truly loved the space and neighborhood. Tara Ann and Bob's home was beautifully decorated and welcoming; they thought of nearly everything for beach-lovers. Can't beat this location for a fun, walkable neighborhood with amazing beach access. Street parking was easy and AC and beds were very comfortable. Spacious kitchen and oodles of takeout and delivery options around too. Has washer and dryer too which makes family stays so easy. Bob was also particularly gracious and generous by being flexible on checkout times so we could max out the beach fun. Cant recommend this home enough!

It was a wonderful location! There was no gas for the bbq but we got great info for where to get and an offer of reimbursement and the hosts always responded very quickly with any questions! We definitely want to stay there again! It was my first experience with an airbnb and it was more than I hoped for.
