We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

My family and I stayed here for about five days. I have three young boys and the bunk bedroom was absolutely great. We took full advantage of the outdoor pool and golf cart. Jessica was quick to answer any questions we had. Will be recommending to others!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The area is quiet and only minutes away from everything.

Lindsay's home had the 3 C's, cozy, comfortable and clean. Had all the extras you would need for a long term stay, and one thing that I've never been able to do at other Air BnB's was to be able to park in the garage. Lindsay was responsive and instructions for check in/check out were very clear. Definitely would stay again next time we are in Wilmington.

Really liked the space and location of the Airbnb! Paul was proactive and listed clear instructions as well. Think the bathroom locks were a little quirky/ found it a hassle to lock and unlock but had a great stay overall

Had a great month long stay. House had plenty of room and fenced in backyard was great. Very close to downtown and the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice house with a great fenced yard. Fence looks brand new. Our dog really enjoyed the yard and enclosed back porch. Well stocked kitchen. Very responsive and friendly owners. A very peaceful neighborhood. The fire pit is very nice and would be perfect for fall weather. Convenient location.

We had a great stay in Wilmington attending a family wedding. This house was in a very convenient location, close to everything yet in a walkable neighborhood! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely perfect, could not ask for more. The first thing my wife and I noticed when we arrived was how clean and fresh smelling the home was. This house is perfect with enough room for everyone! Beautiful and relaxing backyard was perfect for my family. Hot tub was incredible clean and jets worked amazing. Plenty of seating for everyone to relax and hang out. Prime location only 15-20 away from the beach depending on time of day. The neighborhood felt extremely safe and family friendly. Also the host response time was incredible, definitely worth 5 starts!!!

Perfect house for family vacation. Great middle location between the beach and river walk area. House was just as described and had everything need for a home away from home. Cathy was easy to communicate with and very quick to get back. Certainly will put this on our list for next Wilmington NC vacation.

Beautiful studio air bnb! Had everything we needed and was a good location for Mayfaire Town Center shopping/restaurant area. Bed was comfortable and shower was excellent. It was nice to have a refrigerator and full kitchen! We will definitely be staying here again!

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

Tiffany was a great host, always responsive and had a beautiful place. We have family down in that area and would love to stay the next time we visit!

We had an amazing time staying this this beautiful home! The pictures were so so helpful especially when going to the grocery store before check in! The place was neat and has just about everything you need in the kitchen. The game room was the highlight as they have awesome lights, darts and a pool table! Tether ball, Hottub and fire in the backyard in this peaceful neighborhood! Highly recommend:) our hosts were very responsive and helpful during our stay.

loved the house and attention to detail. it was very clean and we couldn't tell that people had checked out the morning we checked in. Dena was very responsive, check in & out were super easy, and the neighborhood was very cute - we even saw some chickens on our walk! would definitely stay here again, although I would bring my own high chair and pack & play. bug spray and a little shade is needed for the backyard

We enjoyed our stay at this airbnb and the host was very nice and communicative. It is not is the best looking neighborhood. We were skeptical upon arrival but it turned out to be a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no issues so assuming its a safe area. The house itself was very clean and equipped with everything you would need. The amenities were great and it was located in proximity to some really great restaurants, Battleship NC and the beach (both about 15 min away)! We like Brunches and Pies On Pizzeria near the house. Thanks for a great stay Joe!

Excellent stay! We had a last minute trip to the area for a funeral and Brandon was very accommodating. The house was so clean and comfortable. Super cool artwork, great front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the night air, and all around good vibe. Close (20 min) to Wrightsville Beach and not too far from Topsail. We enjoyed our stay despite the circumstances for our visit. Thank you!
