You just don’t get closer than this. Watch the sunrise from your private balcony. Just steps away from the beach. There is also an oceanfront pool where you can spend the day soaking in the suns rays. Surf fishing is superb directly in front of the condo due to a large rock formation next to Fort Fisher.

Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with towels, linens, kitchenware, and coffee. Great Pool area with lounge chairs & shower. Self check in with keypad & private entrance. Ice machine, drink vending machine, office & brochures on site.

The pool has been completely renovated and is absolutely beautiful! This very clean condo (some say motel like bc of parking lot and kitchenette) is walking distance from some of the area’s best restaurants and hangouts! The Intracoastal Waterway and bridge to Wrightsville Beach are 200ft away. This unique location allows you to watch the boats navigate the waterway and see the sunrise.
