The all wood lodges have been hand built by local craftsmen; the fixtures, fittings, and beds are made from a specific species of 'wiggly' wood. Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Rose Farm Lodge - peaceful, rural Norfolk getaway

Our newly-built, self-contained lodge in Norfolk is situated in a quiet rural hamlet not far from a country village with a pub, grocery store, butchers and coffee shop. A perfect opportunity to get away from it all, with beautiful views and a paddock area (also for guest use). 10 minute drive from Swaffham and Dereham (with access to supermarkets and shops), 30 minutes to Kings Lynn or Norwich, 40 minutes to the North Norfolk coast. We have a lock box available for self check-in if needed.

The Wendy House: a traditional 1960s cedar wood chalet that was renovated in 2017. Beautifully furnished in a luxurious yet 'Wendy House' style. Magical for children. Stuffed full of lovely vintage things. It is situated in a very sunny corner of a quiet family run site, 10 minutes stroll to the beach. Near great pubs, perfect after a beach walk. Warm and cosy. No WiFi have a detox: talk, walk, play games, re-charge, rest... I really do try and make it special for you, come and stay :)

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Hand built on the farm this hut is situated in a beautiful and peaceful spot. With a double bed and additional sofa bed it Has more room than you would expect. The contains a fridge and hobs and we can provide a BBQ for out door cooking. Whilst we welcome dogs to the property. We ask that they must be friendly and kept under control as the hut is on a working farm with other dogs and livestock.

Willowfen Retreat is a single Luxury Shepherds Hut which is accessed by its own private gravel track. It sits in its own (dog/pet friendly) fenced garden away from the owners own property. Inside there is a kitchen and ensuite shower room. It is a very peaceful setting ideal location for exploring The Fens, The Wash and The Broads. Complementary basket of milk, bread, butter, jam, free range eggs etc is supplied to help you settle in.
