Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kingsbury

Great host! Beautiful view of the mountains and lake. Very peaceful and quiet in neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone. Centrally located which let us drive to casinos in South Lake Tahoe in 10min, drive up to other beaches north like sand harbor (30 min drive) and two other beaches close to house (less than 5 min drive). Looking forward to going again during winter season.

Great place! We will return here if we are back in the area. It’s a great setting right up against the mountains with a great view across the valley. Very close to quaint and historic Genoa, Minden, and Gardnerville. The home is excellent. When our inbound travel plans were disrupted the hosts worked with us to get us checked in.

Jessica & Dylan were excellent hosts! Plenty of information was there for us, everything we could have needed was provided for us. The loft was everything we were looking for, quiet, private, clean and peaceful, perfect for the quiet getaway we were looking for. We would definately like to stay again in the future sometime.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the private beach and the quiet neighborhood. We could watch the sunset over the lake and see the twinkling lights of south shore. Each bedroom is large and the great room and deck are fabulous!

The place had all the necessary essentials for cooking and the stay. It had nice extras too like games in the yard. It is maybe a 1 minute walk from the water and has a small view of the lake from a balcony. The public boat ramp is about a 5 to 10 minute walk (depending how fast you walk) which was convenient for us. I would warn anyone with physical limitations that the stairs getting in and out of the house are steep and difficult to navigate with said limitations.

We’ve stayed in Airbnbs around the world, and this cabin is one of our favorites. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, with direct access to forest trails. Inside, it’s perfect for families. Our kids loved the skeeball and Nintendo Switch upstairs, and we all relaxed downstairs or in the hot tub with peaceful forest views. The home is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully updated. When we left behind a bag of books, Kyle the host quickly helped us get it back. Can’t recommend this place enough, truly special! And we can't wait to come back.

Joan was a great host and very responsive. Our family had a great trip and won’t hesitate to come back to this location.

This cabin was very nice and clean. Close to many restaurants and activities. Shelby was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Great place to stay!

Working with Jane was incredibly seamless and easy. She provided instructions, offered assistance, and was very responsive. The house was SPOTLESS!! It was clean, had necessities, and Jane personally gave us a rundown of how to use the heating, AC, etc. The deck was stunning with perfect views. There was easy access to town and it was incredibly convenient for everything we wanted to do.

Great visit, would definitely stay here again. Easy check-in at the front desk. Convenient covered parking garage, great for the winter. Excellent location with easy access to the resort with lots of restaurants. Quick walk to a ski-in/out area behind the complex. There was also a nice gym, pool, spa, etc inside the complex. Thanks for a great visit!

The condo had no air conditioning but with the windows open it was perfect. The 2 bathrooms were perfect for our family of 5 and the 3 bedrooms were super cute. We would love to stay again in the near future.

Slava’s place was a perfect place for a weekend getaway with my pup! It was the perfect size and she had all of the things I could think of that I may have needed at an airbnb! The only thing to be mindful of when booking is there is about 2-3 sets of stairs you have to take from the parking to the unit and the yard area is an uphill, so be mindful if you have pets :)

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

Great location. Easy access to skiing and close enough to Stateline for local entertainment. The place was clean and as advertised.

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

We really enjoyed what this condo had to offer to us. It was cozy, convenient, had all of the necessities that we needed for our trip. Nic and Maggie were very responsive and helpful when I had questions.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place in S. Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and spacious. The location made it very convenient to get into The Village or off the beaten path. Justin was communicative, welcoming, and helpful.

Great place! There was some construction going on during my stay, but other than that it was a great location and great room!
