Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Kingsbury

Robert and Marci are great hosts who try to think of everything a guest needs! We had a wonderful time at the place

We had a great stay in Carol’s Airbnb and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone coming to Reno and looking for a home away from home! The apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and had everything we needed (special mention must be made of the completely equipped kitchen). The place is located on a cul-de-sac in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood - but still only a 2-3 minute drive away from gas and a supermarket. Carol greeted us warmly upon check-in and was always available whenever we had questions.

Michael was an excellent host. His instructions for entry were very detailed and his note about the small parking space led us to rent a small car. His place was well appointed, centrally located & had great views. We will be back.

I had a great stay at Marci’s place! The house was clean, had great instructions/recommendations for the house and area, and the backyard and deck were so nice to have. There was quite a bit of pollen due to all the nearby trees, so if you are allergic remember to bring allergy meds in the summer. The kitchen was very well stocked. They also provided a kayak and a lot of beach gear. The hot tub was fantastic!

Jack's place was just what we were looking for. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, the Great Basin Co-op, and the Riverwalk. It was spacious for a two-bedroom. Clean & comfortable. Nothing fancy, but good value.

This is a rustic and historical gem! The space is cozy and exceptionally clean. Love the large bathroom! The window A/C in the bedroom was the coldest ac I have ever come across and it makes the whole space cold!!! The area around the rental is great for walking our dogs. The Silver Springs Park is right up the hill behind the rental with plenty of green space for the pups. Also the Silver Springs Cemetery is right down the street and fun to walk thru and read the tombstones. We door dashed food from Dayton and explored Virginia City during the day. The location is perfect!!!! Hope to stay again!

Fantastic stay! Great spot right next to the lake, and the friendliest hosts imaginable. Paddleboards, kayaks, hot tub, what more can you ask for? Not to mention the bike lane is right behind the house and goes all the way from Tahoe city to Meek’s bay!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is very private and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family and pets. There's a short trail nearby that offers a stunning view of the sunset, which was a lovely bonus. The location is super convenient: just 10 minutes from downtown and about 15 minutes from the beach. Overall, it was a great choice and we’d definitely stay here again!

Lizeth was very kind and her instructions were clear! The place was so nice, and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend!!

The place is super clean and quiet. It seems to be recently remodeled. Appliances are new and easy to use. Convenient for driving to the South Lake Tahoe. The bunker bed provides good flexibility for different combination of travelers. I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again if we visit South Lake Tahoe area in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place this past weekend. It was perfect for our two families with kids - super clean and comfortable, well stocked and furnished, modern decor, and thoughtful touches. Everything was neatly labeled and if you forgot toothbrushes or toothpaste, etc, she is kind enough to supply extras. Her place is conveniently located near town, next to restaurants and grocery stores. Sonia is extremely responsive and a great communicator. We would love to stay at her place again for future Tahoe trips.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the private beach and the quiet neighborhood. We could watch the sunset over the lake and see the twinkling lights of south shore. Each bedroom is large and the great room and deck are fabulous!

The house and location was just what we were looking for. Very comfortable feeling even though there were just two of us! Michael was the perfect host ... he dotted all of the i's and crossed all of the t's. The master bed was comfortable and the view from it was a great start of the day. The furniture was comfortable and clean though not new. Would have liked something a little more comfortable in deck furniture as it was an amazing place to wallow and take in the expansive views (lake a bit filtered but enough to fully appreciate that we could see it). We would be happy to stay again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It was exactly what we were hoping for. A quiet neighborhood, but very close to town. I felt very lucky to be able to look outside and see the beautiful snow covered mountains. We would absolutely stay again.

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

It was lovely, they let us check in about an hour early, an check out an hour later than the regular time. Much appreciated.

Perfect location for two dad’s trying to get some slope time in. Easy walk to stagecoach lift for a reasonable price. How could I complain? The place was well decorated and have every amenity you really need, even a cozy fireplace. Would stay again without question. If you are a pillow aficionado like I am maybe consider bringing your own, but I’m sure they’re satisfactory for most people.

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

We had a wonderful stay at Justin's place in S. Lake Tahoe. The condo was clean and spacious. The location made it very convenient to get into The Village or off the beaten path. Justin was communicative, welcoming, and helpful.

We absolutely adored our stay! This was the perfect location to have peace but be close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. The host was wonderful and I would 100% come back!

I had a wonderful stay at Cynthia’s place. The location was serene and perfect for relaxing—surrounded by nature and incredibly quiet. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire stay. They made sure we had everything we needed and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable retreat in Tahoe.

Our stay at Jody’s condo was quite pleasant! The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful with tall pines and a very nice walking path along Lakeshore Blvd that is just a few steps away that I took advantage of each morning. The surrounding area is a wonderful for exploring. Hiking and biking trails, boating, kayaking and just taking in the beauty of Lake Tahoe was spectacular! My husband and I also enjoyed the pristine community pool, sauna and jacuzzi and all to ourselves both times during our stay! Other reviews as mentioned by others, you can hear the guests upstairs walking when occupied. Thank you for the lovely stay! Kathy & Nick
