Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingsdown

Loved our stay at Stacey and Damian’s. Perfect location in Cliftonville. Easily walkable to the old town, but also within reach of the lovely Walpole Bay and local shops / bars. Beautifully decorated space that was perfect for the 2 of us.

Spotless caraven in a great location. Everything we needed was provided. Great attention to detail so we could relax and enjoy our stay. Julie was always quick to respond and help with any questions. Would stay again 100%

if I could give them 6 stars I would. amazing hosts beautiful chalet. exactly as described. plus point the lovely pub next door does phenomenal food with huge portions. fantastic communication . definitely our favourite air b and b hands down.

We had a fantastic family stay at this apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. The sea view was a real highlight – perfect to wake up to each morning! Great location for exploring the area, and check-in was straightforward. A lovely place to stay – we’d happily return. Thank you!

The perfect location, walkable to town and to Dover Castle. Most places were closed due to Easter and the following day which was also a holiday so that was challenging. There were 6 of us staying, more ideal for 4 people. The noise from the road below didn’t bother us at all. I would recommend using a “noise machine” if staying in the primary bedroom, but the bed was really comfortable and we got great sleep. Ideal place to walk to all the restaurants once they did open. Rain was very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions I had.

Was here for 3 nights and the place was perfect for a short stay, felt private and was great to get to and around town. There's parking which is helpful and the self check-in was easy. The place was clean, tall ceilings also help the place feel more spacious. The place itself is bright and the living room and bedroom both come with TVs that helped keep the quieter hours pass by a little quicker. All in all, was just as described and was a pleasure to stay at Christopher's, would happily come back.

Beautiful home that felt like luxury yet with the home comforts too. Such a modern place renovated to impeccable standards with lots of space and spotlessly clean. Short walk into Margate and a handy Tesco Express across the road. Great hosts, very responsive and clear communication - we took our young baby and they kindly sorted a cot for us. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay here, Nick was an excellent host, greeted us on arrival and very helpful with local info. Nick responded almost immediately to messages and had the pool ready for us to use as and when we requested. The kids had so much fun in the pool, the floats and toys left out to use were an added bonus! House was spotless and perfectly equipped. Would definitely Recommend and would happily return. Have stayed at Stuart and Heather's place before and enjoyed our stay just as much this time. The house is beautifully appointed and well equipped, and great value compared to many similar places. The sunny little garden is an extra benefit. Stuart and Heather are friendly, responsive hosts too. Would definitely stay again :)

Stephen was there to hand us the keys and gave us a quick tour of the house. A lovely little house with everything needed for a break and three minutes walk from the town centre. We'd definitely stay again. Try the Crispin Inn pub if you stay - most superb!

Lovely 1 night stay for a friend’s 40th birthday celebration! Gorgeous accommodation - spacious but with a cosy cottage feel for our games night and the hot tub was a fab addition! Lisa was super helpful and responsive to my messages when planning our stay and also while we were there too. We all felt very welcome and really enjoyed our ‘short but sweet’ time at the barn - thank you!

What a find. Wonderful helpful and friendly family. We didn't have any issues with anything relating to this location. Clean well equipped and spacious property. Quiet location within walking distance of the local pub. Park and ride to Canterbury within five miles and cost £4. for the two of us. Location was perfect for us. We would definitely choose to stay with Emily and Simon again when we are next in Kent.

Lovely, peaceful hidden gem

Dan’s property in Deal was a wonderful base for our long weekend in Deal. The house had everything we needed, instructions were clear and it’s a perfect location for trips to the beach of a walk into the town centre. We particularly loved eating outside in the lovingly tended garden, and our two young kids had a great time with all the toys in the house. Would definitely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Just back from a very relaxing break at Pebbles by the Bay. Great location right by the beach. The apartment was really comfortable and had everything we needed for a really lovely break together. Kitchen is really well equipped, and the beds were really comfortable. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, thank you. We all enjoyed it and would visit again. The older people in our party found the steps in and out of the apartment at the front a bit tricky but Angela gave us keys to the back entrance stairs which have a handrail and that was helpful. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A beautiful well decorated and comfortable flat with unbeatable views of the harbour. Great communication with the hosts made everything easy. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back soon.

We had a wonderful time at Nic’s place. Nic was super nice, always response and very clear in her instructions. Pictures don’t do justice to how beautiful it is. It is so tastefully done, paying attention to the smallest details. Be it the condiments at the kitchen, the books collection or the list of board and card games. While we loved reading in the garden when it was sunny, our absolute favourite part was being able to watch as rain trickled down the window and skylight whilst comfortably sat in the sofa. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely come back again.

Great little flat within easy walk to everything such as seafront, Turner Gallery, cafes, bars & great little crab museum 🦀 Comfy bed, nice linen & toiletries. A lovely base to explore Margate.

Great location on the front and great sea views and a comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. Anita was very friendly and helpful at check-in and left biscuits, milk and other bits and pieces for us to settle in. I'd definitely recommend this as a place to spend a couple of nights.

Perfect location to sit and watch the see and the world go by. Short walk to town and no need for the car. On street parking available but it does get busy. Lovely accommodation and was as described. Nice touch by adding breakfast essentials as well.
