Ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-und Essbereich mit offener Küche und Kamin, ein großzügiges Bad,eine Sauna, ein Boxspringbett im Hauptschlafzimmer und ein Boxspringbett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen der schönsten Balkone der Mittelmosel. Außerdem stellen wir Euch Elektroräder zur Verfügung, um unsere schöne Landschaft zu erkunden.

We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults.
