My husband and I offer: a spacious (90m2) apartment with all the comforts at garden level. On the outskirts of a small village in the Eifel, with unobstructed views over the agricultural hilly landscape with forests. Accommodation is not suitable for small children. The property is located on the outskirts in the upper part of the 250 soul village of Aremberg between Blankenheim and Adenau. The height of 550 above sea level allows wide views over the countryside. The garden street is very quiet, it is at the same time the Ahrsteig. Nature lovers will be delighted, the biodiversity of fauna and flora is large, in the sky the Rotmilan draws its laps, woodpecker, middle woodpecker and green woodpecker look forward to the old trees.
