It’s an older house converted, but inside very clean and cozy with all the amenities. Would stay again!

We all enjoyed our stay very much. It’s a lovely historic building, beautifully decorated, well-stocked, and close to downtown. We enjoyed walking around the small park next to the house. I love the high ceilings, and even though the weather was beautiful, we appreciated that the air conditioning and fans were ready if we needed them. It was also really pleasant to sit on the front porch in the evening. A lovely home, great information and recommendations from the hosts, and we would be delighted to visit again.

Lil Dock was great! The view & being on the river was wonderful. It was very peaceful & quiet. The sunsets were so pretty! 🎆 We enjoyed spending time on the dock in the morning & the porch was great with the Trex decking. We enjoyed the location as there was minimal traffic & it was private. We love going to New Bern. It is a quaint town with lots of good restaurants, shopping & friendly people. Lil Dock is a gem & we would definitely stay again! ❤️ Thank you Nelson & Elizabeth! 😁

We had an amazing stay. It was located in the heart of everything to do! You could walk out and walk right across to the river walk or turn left and be right in the middle of all the restraunts! Plenty of shopping and EVERYWHERE was pet friendly so our 4 legged best friend got to come with us everywhere! I would highly recommend Ellen and her properties to anyone!

We loved the stay here - the place was immacutely furnished, clean and beautiful, and well within walking distances of cafes and restaurants! Laura was a fantastic host, really friendly and super responsive. We will definitely like to come stay again in the future.

stayed at this Airbnb in Raleigh, North Carolina, and had a great experience. The apartment was very easily accessible, and the host provided clear, detailed instructions that made check-in a breeze. What stood out most was the impeccable cleanliness and the efficient, simplistic use of space and amenities. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained. While I had planned to use the gym and pool, the gym was closed the first night and the weather was too cool the next day for the pool—but of course, that was out of the host’s control. The host was polite, attentive, and very responsive throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would gladly stay here again!

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

Very private location, yet very close to everything! Mary was very flexible with checking in and checking out.

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

Des is the ultimate host. The house is well stocked with plenty of room to relax. TVs in all the bedrooms as well as mini fridges. Very comfortable and Des is a great communicator. Thank you again for a great time. Our golfers love it.

Rhonda was awesome to do business with. She made you like you were part of the family, always friendly, had a kind word to say. She went above and beyond. I would stay again without question and would recommend everyone to stay there if they are looking for a charming, quiet, clean, cozy place to stay.

I absolutely loved Daniel’s home! It was one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which is always important for us. I would absolutely book this home again!

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

Great place to stay! My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, playing golf at Harbour pointe and exploring downtown new Bern on day 1, and then touring tryon palace, playing disc golf, and enjoying the amenities on property on day 2. Sara’s is a great dinner spot nearby for dine in or pick up!

We totally enjoyed our trip and this unit we stayed in. Views and beach absolutely beautiful. Unit was open, clean and decorated beautifully.

It was exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for my wife and I. A peaceful and quiet part of the island. The view is incredible. Coffee joy was a great place to get our morning coffee(a couple minutes down the road. Went to splash by sea, sears landing and river view cafe to eat. All were very good.

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. High tide is right up to the sandbags so you can access the beach until later in the morning which was fine for us. After that the beach is open all day. Highly recommend this place. We will be back.

This place is was amazing!! It had everything we needed and the town was great! Easy access to a lot of places near by, the town is friendly and we had many places to choose from for food, and drinks. Most definitely will be back highly recommend

It was a really nice place honestly it looked better in person than it did in the photos. The whole place was very clean you can tell their cleaning service is very thorough. They had everything you need down to detergent to wash clothes. Which came in handy when washing our clothes from the beach. Only thing missing was propane in the grill and with how helpful they were I’m sure they would have filled if we had reached out. I definitely feel it was worth the price and will book them again for any future stays in the area.

Had an excellent stay in an awesome place! Julie has all instructions and suggested activities organized in handy folders that go above and beyond! Super clean and quiet! I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect… close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful!
