Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

This wheelchair friendly spacious studio apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, queen size Murphy bed, bathroom with a walk-in, wheelchair friendly shower, front loading washer/dryer and private screened in porch; beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and an umbrella are all included with rental. About a 10 minute walk to the ocean and 3 minute walk to the ICW. Our community is very peaceful, quiet.
