Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. You can reach a 24-hour shop and restaurant within walking distance, and a 5-minute walk to the bus to Aschaffenburg HBF. I am looking forward to your visit !

Diese kleine aber feine separate Wohnung bietet alles was Sie benötigen. Ein Wohnraum mit einem großen Bett, Fernseher, Schrank, Couch, Arbeitsplatz, WLAN-Anschluss usw. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet. Natürlich bekommen Sie fürs Bad frische Handtücher, wann immer Sie nachfragen. Waschmaschine ist im Badezimmer vorhanden. Trockner und Trockenräume können mit benutzt werden. Zudem lädt unser großer Garten zum Ausruhen oder Grillen ein und ein eigener Parkplatz steht Ihnen zur Verfügung.

Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Enjoy quiet minutes in close proximity to the main promenade. The apartment has a double bed (1.60 x 2 m) and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the courtyard you can eat or linger outdoors. The ICE station Hanau (3 bus stops) and the highway can be reached quickly. So it's only 20 minutes to Frankfurt Airport. The cozy apartment (45 square meters) was renovated in 2024 and can be reached in 5 minutes from the A45 highway connection! Located in the basement of our house, it has a fully equipped kitchen-living room (one sleeping space) with TV and daylight bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The separate bedroom with single bed and sofa bed (140 × 200 cm) offers additional sleeping space for up to two adults. Our house is located in a quiet residential area. REWE is a 2-minute walk away.

Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

The basement apartment is located in a detached house. Approx. 3 minutes to the A45, but still very good and quiet location. Separate entrance (staircase). Apartment is about 45 square meters, a large bathroom with tub, one bedroom. The living room is combined with a kitchenette. Netto market is a 3-minute walk away. The accommodation should be booked for at least two nights, as the cleaning effort is very high; thank you very much.
