We enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful unit, newly renovated, clean and spacious and close to the KitzSki Ski resort. It was very at home/cozy and also had a balcony with Mountain View. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Nicola’s place in Kitzbühel was a well-located and nicely designed home base for our stay. The thoughtfully laid out apartment offered a comfortable environment to relax after exploring the charming town and ski area. The proximity to trains, ski lift, and town made it easy to enjoy everything Kitzbühel and the region has to offer. A special thanks to Romana, the resident manager, for helping us figure out the laundry, coffee maker, and WiFi. Her assistance was appreciated and ensured we were able to settle in without any major issues. Kitzbühel was a beautiful destination, and we enjoyed our time there.

My family fell in love with skiing in Kitzbuhel, and we would stay 100% at this Airbnb again! The walk to the ski lift was about 15 minutes, which is also the Kitzbuhel Hahnenkamm train station. If coming by train, get off here as it's downhill to the Airbnb. When leaving, go to the Kitzbuhel Bahnhof train so you don't have to walk up the hill! The apartment is above the Schatzi Cafe, where we had a wonderful early dinner one night. You should definitely try the kaiserschmarrn! The apartment is extremely quiet and beautifully decorated; both beds are comfortable. Note that it features a tub (you can take a shower by angling it), and there is no kitchen or microwave. The super nice Andrea will meet you, so plan your time accordingly. You walk into an entryway; the huge bathroom is straight ahead, the bedroom on the right, and the living room on the left. There was a second bathroom right outside the entry door. I highly recommend this place - it's fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's place. The place was very nice, well maintained and absolutely clean. We felt comfortable from the beginning and were able to enjoy the time to the fullest. Thank you for the warm hospitality – we will be happy to come back!

We were with the whole family (six in total, including my parents) in this beautiful accommodation and it was just great all around! The apartment is well equipped: everything you need is available, from a very good coffee machine to a fully equipped kitchen. The view is fantastic and invites you to relax in the morning. The spa area is particularly noteworthy: the sauna was a real highlight, modern, clean. It was also great that it was open until 9 or even 10 pm, perfect for relaxing after a long day. A small relaxation room after the sauna might have been the icing on the cake, but to be honest, we didn't really miss it. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, ideal for nature lovers and families who like to be active. All in all, an accommodation that we can fully recommend.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults plus dog. We liked it all around and the apartment and the opposite are impressive. We felt comfortable Very clean and kitchen extremely well equipped. There were even bowls for the dog. The communication with Cord was also great, got some tips. We would gladly come back.

A wonderful apartment, superbly furnished, great bathroom and perfectly equipped kitchen. Very tasteful and high quality in every detail. Magnificent balcony and beautiful view. Very nice landlords!

The apartment was well furnished and as described. Ideal for our ski trip. Hahnenkammbahn can be reached by ski bus or taxi (€25 for a large taxi). Fleckalmbahn is also easily accessible. Would book the apartment again 👍 Communication with Johanna was also flawless

We had a very pleasant stay in Heinz's apartment. The location is perfect. In the immediate vicinity, there are beautiful hiking trails and a good connection to the train (free of charge with the Brixental guest card). Heinz is a very friendly and helpful host who supported us with many useful recommendations. The accommodation corresponded exactly to the photos: clean, tastefully furnished and well equipped. We can only recommend the stay and thank Heinz again. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Stefan's accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars, everything is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's really nothing missing. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. A highlight of the apartment is its own sauna, the tranquility and the privacy. Stefan and Sonja are very likeable, helpful and friendly hosts. We can definitely recommend the accommodations. The apartment is super large, very clean and above all quiet. Even if it sounds stupid, the existing vacuum cleaner in the apartment was really good for 5 people. The location is quiet, but still central towards Söll and Ellmau. Hikes are also possible directly from the apartment. Hubert is very friendly and you feel right at home in the accommodation.

Lovely apartment only 20 minutes drive from Krimml waterfalls. Peaceful despite the position by the road. Friendly and helpful hosts. Hoping to stay again!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and whirlpool can be used at any time. Communication was also problem-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Sky apartment. Check-in was super easy and we felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were surprised with a card, sweets and a bottle of sparkling wine. The highlight was of course the hot tub on the balcony with beautiful views.
