The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

Our modern, fully equipped two-room apartment in Kiefersfelden (1st floor) offers a comfortable bedroom with cozy bed and a living room with comfortable sofa bed, ideal for up to four guests. Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
