We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

The whole building is beautifully renovated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The location of the apartment is a great starting point for exploring Kutná Hora. The historic center is literally around the corner, and it is also a quiet location where there is no problem to park comfortably.

Weekend House

The house is located in a quiet village and in a cul de sac. You can enjoy a pleasant stay without city distractions. Outside there is a covered and lighted porch with a grill and smoker, which all located in a fenced yard, where you can enjoy a pleasant evening while roasting sausages or grilling meat. The house has a newly remodeled attic with six beds although after agreement wih the owner extra matraces may be added on the floor.
