Welcome to our Funky soul studio, design with love for interior and photography. That`s right, out of the touristic season, our funky space converts to a photo studio for Tjaša, the host and lifestyle photographer. In the touristic season, you will be able to enjoy this amazing bright space, perfect for funky couples or friends. We renovated it ourselves and most of the wooden things are handmade. Oh yeah, we also have Netflix for cozy evenings for you! :)

Spend special days in the charming old wood cottage, idyllically located right on a small stream and a picturesque pasture, this rustic cottage offers the perfect retreat in the middle of untouched nature. Enjoy a lot of outdoor space and experience quaint living with modern comforts. As a highlight, the hotel's spa is at your disposal – just a few steps away with a pool and sauna area. A holiday in privacy and nature, where nothing remains unfulfilled.

Villa Hygiea, penthouse apartment& private lake access

The apartment (79m2) is located on the 2nd floor of Villa Hygiea on Lake Wörthersee. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring double bed, the living area with a cozy sleeping alcove (double sofa bed box spring), dining table & LED TV. There is a bathroom with spacious rain shower, bidet and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen convinces with a glass-ceramic stove, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven and Nespresso machine. It's perfect for 2-4 people.

Gradisch Forester's Lodge

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

Stelzenhaus in Schiefling am Wörthersee

The stilt-felt studio offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. The highlight is an additional stove to be fired with wood . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm). There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.

Wake up overlooking the water. We are a family of 3 (me with my husband and our daughter, 12). We live at Lake Wörthersee in a detached house with a separately accessible apartment. We offer this 40 m² apartment with natural pool for a special stay in Carinthia.

The modern, approx. 80 m² apartment is very centrally located and only 3 minutes from the center of Velden. What makes the apartment special is the private jetty, which is about 1 km from the apartment and is available for free use.
