The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows makes the rooms bright so you can enjoy an amazing landscape view of the high peaks of Julian Alps. Each unit comes with a large wooden terrace equipped with loungers and a hammock. Sleeping area is located on the upper floor accessible by a steeper staircase that might give you a feeling of climbing a ladder. In the country house, which was newly renovated in 2022, you can perfectly recover from everyday stress. It is located in southern Carinthia on a sunny hill surrounded by a beautiful mountain backdrop. Nearby are Lake Klopein, Lake Turnersee and Lake Gösselsdorf, which are easily accessible by bike. The Petzen and Klagenfurt ski resorts are also not far. The house is suitable for 10 people, has a cozy living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a sauna.

Villa Eva was renovated and newly furnished in July 2020. There is a large parking lot and garage in front of the house. The house has 6 rooms/studios with private bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, refrigerator, LCD TV, water heater, bed linen. The kitchen is separate in the lower rooms. In addition to the kitchen, there is also a washing/drying room and an exit to the garden, where a new summer kitchen and deckchairs have been installed.
