Idyllic lake house directly on the water with private jetty, additional lake access and 2 separate areas with their own entrances. The main house includes kitchen, bathroom, living area, bedroom and children's room, the side house a guest room with bathroom. Travel cot as well as Sup-Boards (2)and loungers with bath towels available . There are numerous excursion destinations,hiking trails and excellent gastronomy in the area. Boat mooring for water taxis or own boats available.

The apartment (26 m²) with large corner balcony and direct lake/mountain view is located between Velden (5.5 km) and Pörtschach (3.2 km) on Lake Wörthersee, on the main road that leads around the lake. Just 350 m away, within walking distance, is the public, free lake access (toilets, changing rooms available). Töschling train station and the bus stop are only a few meters away. Supermarket (Billa) right next door. Wörthersee Plus Card included for stays of 5 nights or more!

Lovingly furnished 3 room apartment surrounded by a beautiful garden and a refreshing natural swimming pond in the middle of the Rose Valley awaits nature-loving guests who are looking for a special ambience. The apartment with around 75m2 is divided into two bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area, a large bathroom and a study. Outside, the garden and the natural swimming pond can be used in summer and winter. There is a special surprise for children: our 5 dwarf goats.

One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. My place is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.

Beautiful house by the river with access to water

The house is directly located at the river and within 10 minutes you are right at the lake. Next to the house is the restaurant / bar 151, which is known for its cocktails and excellent cuisine. The Maria Loretto restaurant can be reached on foot within 10 minutes. From there you can enjoy a dreamy view of the lake and the Karawanken with delicious drinks.
