The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Welcome to our very spacious (105 m2) and sunny apartment with a panorama view of the impressive Karawanken mountains. It is only few minutes away from the lovely Lake Wörthersee (7-10 min by car, 10-15 minutes by bike) and even closer to the nice city center of Klagenfurt. The apartment sleeps 5 very comfortably. The living room has two sitting areas and a there is a furnished balcony with sun all day long. Perfect for the morning coffee or a drink in the afternoon or at night.

My place is close to the city center, two minutes walk from the pedestrian zone, and has direct access to public transport or a nearby pharmacy and shopping center. By car, it is about 10 minutes to Lake Wörthersee. You'll love my place because of the bright rooms. It is located in the center of the city and has friendly neighbors. My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Free parking is included.

Das Apartment bietet Platz für 2 Personen und ist hell und modern eingerichtet. Es wurde 2023 komplett neu gestaltet. Der Bahnhof ist nur wenige Minuten entfernt und es gibt zahlreiche Shops und Lokale in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Im Haus befindet sich eine Bäckerei, solltest du einmal nicht selbst dein Frühstück machen wollen. Der Benediktiner Markt, ein sehr guter Bauernmarkt mit lokalen Essenständen, ist ganz in der Nähe.
