The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. Just a few minutes' walk away there are free beaches with changing rooms and one with a snack bar. Wörthersee Plus Card with beach resort package included.

Einfach auspannen und erholen, von hier aus Ihre Aktivitäten starten – oder beides kombinieren und einen abwechslungsreichen Tag am eigenen Strand am Badesee (ca. 220 m ) ausklingen lassen. Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

New apartment in Dellach near Maria Wörth on the southern shore of Lake Wörthersee - 7 minutes by car from Velden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with large sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and 2 children, but also for 4 adults well suited. The apartment has 2 underground parking spaces as well as access to the in-house swimming pool with beach club. Breakfast can also be booked at the adjacent hotel.

Quiet vacation home with private access to the river

Quiet cottage in the middle of nature. Ideal for a romantic barbecue evening for two, lying in the sun and bathing in the river or exploring the area by bike. You are in nature, but all the shops of the daily Life and downtown are a few minutes' walk away. Also, a private parking space for up to three vehicles. The rustic interior offers a small space with a bed (200x180), a small cooking/ dining area with a dishwasher.

The Haidensee - Chalet with sauna

Welcome to "Das Haidensee"! "Das Haidensee" is located on the beautiful private lake Haidensee, which is a unique swimming lake with its excellent water quality and pleasant temperatures of up to 28 degrees. Since there are only 9 apartments, peace, privacy and a special vacation experience are guaranteed. Each of our apartments is unique and lovingly furnished.

Our lake apartments ranging in size from 45 m² to 100 m² all have direct access to the lake. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony from where you can enjoy the lake. Directly in front of it is our private beach with jetty, where cozy garden loungers and parasols invite you to relax.

Apartment on the sunny slope

The apartment is on the 1st floor and can be reached via an outside staircase. It has a size of 45 square meters and extends over 2 levels. From the living room, you can access a 5 x 2m balcony with lounger and seating area. Not wheelchair accessible.
